yes bhagwat,you are right list of indian communist's is long: helping british during quit india movement,favouring china in 1962,starting Naxal movement which is creating problem for govt,anti nuclear/national policy.
Most of the educated Bengalees would oppose that. Just occupying an office for 23 yrs should not be considered as an achievement at all, when performance during tenure is poor.
Why not Lalu, mulayam, mayavati, sonia, karunanidhi, jaylalita, devegoda. Give it to all so that no one will complain about it and rediff dont get another headline..
Don't reduce the value of Bharat Ratna. Give those who are realy eligible. Don't consider any politician for this award. Not only that one cannot demand for this award. If eligible it will come to you.
