It does not seems true... Prakash Karat was educated at the Madras Christian College. He then went on to the University of Edinburgh to study politics.
Communists have a behavior like powerless fellow in distress. They demand and it is never honored-This hike will definitly happen and they cant do anything.
Communist think all have rusted brian like them-They dont have any issue-They only see problem and revolts-But they cant give solutions-How can they think of social upliftment with such attitude?Their fooling of people is coming to end-Only rare species of Shadevan is left.

dude money is required to run the country... even if you cant see it clearly... it is virtually paying the salaries of lakhs of govt employees...
1. Crude oil price has shot-up from about $18 to $100 in the last few years. In India petrol price has gone-up to Rs.55 and still may go-up soon. The biggest guzzler of oil is the US - has the price of gasoline gone-up so much there ?. If not, how do they manage the cost escalatioin ?.
2. Who is behind this crude oil price hikes ?. Where the money is going?. Its not opec alone who gets the moolah. Consumption of oil definately has not gone-up by 5 or 6 times in a couple of years, nor the availability has come down. Then what is the reason for the surge in prices ? Why nobody gives the real reason and tells the world who is behind it ?...

this time petrol price will touch around 60/- Name any one of commie leader who is reaching in parliament by foot so that others may follow him as a role model. Words and deeds should not be different.

nigeria is big oil producer, iran is another one.... but both are in trouble currently... so oil prices are going up... apart from tht the demand from third world countries and developing countries is drastically increasing... which is another reason for high crude oil prices...
Again the fuss! Trying to woo the common man's support. Mr. Karat, if your intention is clean, then give an ultimatum to the government on the issue to check the petrol price hike. Otherwise we will think again you are an opportunistic lot.

quite right. if duty was zero, petrol would be Rs 22 per litre at $ 100 per gallon. FM should look at cutting duty rather than dump it on us.
