They are a bunch of jokers. The CPM will keep barking but dare not bite, because the Parliament seat is more important than their principles and the public. Its sad that the country is ruled by two sets of jokers, the Congress and the CPM, as if there was not enough mees created by Congress alone.

Ofcourse the Congress should raise the prices. Infact between now and the next election they should regularly raise prices of all commodities. How else will they encourage people to vote against them????
Can Karat be taken seriously??? Even if the Dogs themselves do not believe in the proverb "Barking Dogs never bite", these Communists have proved it.
A few years ago, due to the pressure of the Communists over Local Body elections in WB, the UPA had withheld the price raise. But, enforced it the same evening the elections were completed. So much for their warnings!!!!!!!!!

Better than the sanghis. The sanghis opposed economic liberalisation between 1991-1996 saying that congress wanted to sell india and they advocated "swadeshi". These sanghis when they came to power themselves, the implemented the same economic policies and shameless creatures they are, took credit for the good work started by Manmohan Singh and Narsimha Rao. Then these sanghis forgot swadeshi.
