HERE IS A BIG DEAL%u2026.
If you want to avail quota for yourself, then serve the country for first 25 years after your education for free (Part time) and let the other people (next generation) get benefit of your social service and then in future Govt will end up spending less money/resources compare to current times.

Any takers/comments???
Lets discuss (mind you%u2026I am not to fight here!!!)

Parliament decides the salaries of Judges.
Judges do not decide the salaries of MPs.

India did not have merit system for 5000 years.
India never had the merit system. People belonging to certain caste were only allowed to become teachers, the literacy rate in India is for everyone to see. People from only a certain caste were allowed to become rulers, the slavery of India is for all to see. People from only a certain caste were allowed to be businessmen, the poverty and corruption is for everyone to see. Majority of IAS and IPS officers are corrupt, what merit are we talking about here? Merit to mug up books and utterly lack character. I will anyday take a good strong character and ethics over the so called merit in India.

India had only merit system in all fields. Where did you get that India did not have merit system for 5000 years? People from certain caste were trained to be rulers. I am not saying it was right or wrong. In the times where there was no transportation, communication etc. they did what was best for that time. Now it is not the best. But you are advocating that is the way to go.

India does not need (y)our merit.
India can buy this merit from Chinese & Rest of The World at a much cheaper rate.

Hence it is imperative to appreciate socio-economic and cultural 'diversity' in Governance(Legislature,Judiciary,Administration) and in
Private Institutions (Reliance, Infosys etc) in India.

Government of India to implement 'reservations' in Judiciary and in Private Institutions as per Caste Census in India.

1. 52% of Judges should be from OBC.
2. 29% Judges should be Dalits and Tribals.
3. Remaining Judges should be from other castes.

democracy means equality. You have strange definition. Can you show one nation where such percentages you prescribe occur. In USA, blacks were sold as cattle in the open market. Still they have to earn their place. Obama is not just given anything. People admire him for his achievements through equality Mr. usa.

RE:tamil nadu should be renamed as sweeper and scavernger state and a beggar state for reservation...

When communal GO was proposed in India in 50s listing some castes, some of these caste objected to be called backward. Today, these jerks have taken out sense of shame from every one, now they fight to be called backward. I do not think in the whole human history it never happened any where on the planet. So much for the slave rule.

By keeping the reservation , government ensures that it divides the minds of upper and lower cast . It ensures that upper caste dont forget that they are upper and backward caste dont forget that they are backward . This will really help India to divide so that politician can divide and rule . Great

Quota
by Pat Thakur on Jan 10, 2008 05:16 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why don't we try this out? Officially declare India as BC i.e. BACKWARD COUNTRY. Then, with full confidence & without any shame or relent, we can become a full chamcha of the United Shits of America. Afterwards, we won't need to beg to them anymore but help will automatically flow from the US to India...
