RE:My friends, who believe in secularism join together to fight against communalism. Various kinds of communalism increase in our country, mostly in the name of cast and religion. It will be mature terrorism like our neighbour country, within a few years.

We want to go back to our homeland
by thomas on Jan 09, 2008 02:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Everyone dreams to live and die in his home land.I was driven out by lack of job opportunity in WB to Mumbai and now Bangalore.I am sure lot of the blogers suffer the same fate as me.I ask my communist friends, why are there more Bengalis and Mallus working outside their home state? Why are there less Gujratis working outside Gujrat?Maybe Keral and WB require a good leadership like Modi and not intellectuals to rule.

Bengalis and Malayalees are cast in the mould designed by their own desires! No other community indulges in politics as whole heartedly as these two. The result is that their own states are such a muck that the natives themselves are forced to become expatrites sooner then later. But there are differences. Bengalis are renowned for their virtues to save, and they bargain a lot. Malayalees will not bargain and hence he would like to enjoy as high a purchasing power as he can have. Hence he is forever chasing money.

The educated Bengalis and majority of today's generation dont support communism-The communist leader Subhas Chakraborty once said it is alarming that they dont have much SFI supporters. It is only the uneducated innocent villagers, who are shown dream by CPM, vote the red govt.Maybe one day they will wake up.Till then God save WB.

u suggest to hand over rein to mamata who vows to destroy tata motor factory .... then i have doubt as regards your wisdom. i accept there has been lack of initiative in industries in past. but current cm is trying and has been voted no.1 industry friendly by industry leaders. let us extend our hand of cooperation irrespective of political affiliation (if any) to see our land prosper.

Intellectuals in Bengal are empty stomach
by thomas on Jan 09, 2008 02:24 PM  Permalink

Intellectuals in Kerala and Bengal are empty stomach. Why are there more Mallus and Bengalis roming around outside their states for job?Why is Gujrat most progressive state under a 'butcher'-The reality is different from theory. However sweet the communist theory maybe in paper,on ground it is a failure, whereas whatever the world call Modi, he has givem a prosperous state. We should look upto a good leader.Ask a starved Malayali or a bengali, anytime they will vote for Modi if he has earning.

Wherever communism goes people are seen dying or hunger. How many mills have been closed by communists. What support communist have given to people who lost their jobs? Now they are favouring capitalism just because they see money coming. These people are hungry for money nothing else.Compare the living standard of an average person in Gujrat and Bengal. You will find the difference.

your so-called living standard depends on the money which flows to Kerala from the Mallus struggling outside their state. The moment it stops, your so-called living crumble like a pack of card.

A man called Mamon Mappillai (Keralite & owner- MRF tyres)years ago, ran away from Kerala to set up bussinesses in Chennai and other parts of india b coz of the communists tearing down his bussinesses in kerala. Today the same govt of kerala is begging MRF to set up a Rubber factory in kerala to give job opportunities and MRF is reluctant.
