The only political news on this site is from Pakistan. The site is not giving us an opportunity to comment on Indian's political issues. More importantly I would like to comment on 2nd SRC proposal by GOI, especially when it has a proposal to break UP into 3 small states. Ironically, Maya, the CM of UP favored small states and also in favor of breaking-up Andhra Pradesh.
A constitutional petition has been filed in the Pakistan Supreme Court challenging the probe by Scotland Yard into the assassination of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.
Can Scotland Yards investigation be limited only to investigation part or the Pakistani law enforcing agencies going to take cognisance of that report for prosecution also?
If they use that report for prosecution how that can be allowed in Pakistani courts?

The case suits all those who want to curb any possible progress in investigation - assuming that Scotland Yard will be able to carry out its job without any pressure acting on it.
Musharraf has said they will get "maximum" cooperation. Note the word is used "manimum", it is not "FULL" cooperation.
Benazir's assasins may never be found since her death suits many interested parties (including some in PPP, or her own family circles).
Its a game now.........rather a cat, mouse story. It is going to continue till another big mishappening takes place. Earlier twice Scotland yard had to leave pakistan without carrying full investigations.
