Where are all the Modi-Bhakt (fasicsts) gone? Cant they see that they have such people as MLAs and minister in Bihar ? For every thing, they close their eyes and blame Sonia Gandhi. Even if, a husband fights with his wife, these fascist will blame Sonia Gandhi. This is a reality that criminals and religions fanatics have enteres politics and they should be thrown out. The Congerss/BJP/JDU/BSP/Commies everyone has a few of these criminals/fanatics. BJP is an exception. BJP's basic principal is fanaticism. They are pseudo-nationalists ..!! hahahaha..
"THEY THEMSELVES" ?? really??--in my place a road cudn't be built cos the local goondas wud allow to do so only wen they are paid their quota. in my place industries/trade isn't possible cos again the local criminals want their share. wen i as a common man have nuthin(police/politician etc) on my side..on wat strength do u suggest i fight these criminals. n if i'm not so well-to-do n lets say i'm an unemployed graduate, n the train connectivity is really really pathetic--how do u suggest i get a seat in an express train. m not justifyin things--but still one must realize its not the common man who's erring(mebbe he's got no alternative at times).of course the politicians/criminals are also biharis---but then these are the rotten lot cos of which we are blamed-n for their sake the rest share the bad name--with a bitter pinch of salt--cant help it. i've also been in more than 3 states n i feel the mentality of ppl isn't very different frm biharis--only tht development is so differential tht things which cud be avoided in other places are fought for in bihar n again these are highlighted in media. media for bihar's sake is doin good in highlightin the bad things--mebbe we can expect sum chages in 10 yrs--but THEY THEMSELVES isnt entirely true. we need a lot of education n discipline---but we need sumthing more before tht--for a start sum support frm the politicians to initiate the development---with malice towards all :) madhuker
We are these days fighting with Australia over racial rows becuase Symonds claimed Bhajji making racial abuse! All Indians united and protested strongly stating that "Indians can never be racial!". This is heavily wrong statement in fact. India is the most racial country of the world. this is substantiated by the fact that it is present in every department of India, in every so caleld developed states of India and mentality of it's people as well as media. This is why people here take fun in abusing Bihar, Tamilians abusing Hindi and north indians, Houseowners declining hosue on rent to muslims, Support to groups like Shiv Sena for Marathi and non-marathi descrimination or be it brutual killing of even small children and ladies from Bihar and UP in Assam. Our Media will report every crime or negative news but when it comes from Bihar, it becomes matter of special mention, very specifically putting the name of Bihar on the heading of the news! So much deep the racism has been the part of Indian culture....are not we the biggest hypocrates while today claiming ourself as nonracial against Australia???? We are most bloody uncivilized people of the world with maximum double standard and poor character. We humiliate our own just for fun and satisfy our racial complexes nothing else!
Last time Anant singh was implicated in a murder of a lady, which after investigation came out as a conspiracy by opposition leaders and his enemies to implicaTE him falsely, taking benefit of doubt over his criminal record! I strongly suspect that this one again goign to be a flase case against him with conspiracy. No doubt he has been a muscleman but there is a no point in abusing him when he is not committing any crime and everytime being targetted by opponents conspiracy. It's not only Bihar but almost every state such leaders are present be it Karnataka, Tamilnadu, MP, UP or Maharastra. But I am amazed to see how fast people here start abusing Bihar, just one bad news is realease..forgetting their own state, people and politicians!
People can judge for themselves if this kind of democracy (that we follow) is indeed right, for such people get elected continuously and can even become ministers (ironically even with the portfolio of Home)

Again the same rhetoric. A rhetoric need to be replied with another rhetoric. Yes, such criminals need to be condemned but it's not the Bihar factor my friend. Such elements are present in almost all states. Look closely, you will find them even in your backyard.
Thanks to media that the image of poor law and order situation in Bihar has been amplified many times. Infact UP, where the law and order situation is even worse, has been ignored at the cost of Bihar. What about Mumbai where underworld call all the shots. The list is perhaps endless.
It's high time we should accept that politician-criminal nexus is a serious malaise nationwide and Bihar is no exception. Ignoring this fact will only allow such nexus to prosper in other states.

agreed that criminal politicians are everywhere, but one does not need to stay in bihar/UP to understand that daily life is completely lawless there. just travel through these areas in a train and it is apparent. biharis/bhaiyyas should not take this as a criticism and argue of "us vs them". they should accept this as constructive criticism and try to influence their brethren back home about the image. also, they should stop creating trouble wherever they go, encroaching on land, driving autos, selling some chaat... etc i have been in 3 states and biharis are coming in their hundreds to all these places. while india is one country, it is sad that a state with such mineral resources should be so poor. IT IS NOT THE MEDIA WHICH IS GIVING THE BIHARI/UP A BAD NAME, IT IS THEY THEMSELVES. SO STOP BLAMING AND HAVE A THINK: WHY NO NEW INDUSTRIES ARE SET UP THERE? WHY IS LAW AND ORDER SO PATHETIC? it will help you only. comparing mumbai with bihar is laughable. you have never been to bombay, i suppose.
