A New learning about South India
by Rahul Mishra on Jan 08, 2008 11:53 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Being a North Indian, I have always admired the kind of discipline and respect of law that our South India brothers and sisters have.

I always used to think that widows of criminals get to position of power in our beloved Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, but seeing this happen in Tamil Nadu which has made widow of a criminal a Union Minister, I am feeling glad that there is no difference between North India and South India when it comes to politics.

From Kashmir to Kanyakumari- India in One!!!!

:)

This is the Karuna of TN CM
by Mr Nair on Jan 08, 2008 11:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Nominating a housewife, who is not at all familiar with politics or our Indian Parliamentary System to the post of a Union Minister - this is the mercy of Karunidhi towards the terrorists. The only qualification she is having is that she is the wife of a notorious third rate criminal. If we go to the history of all Union Ministers from TN, we will find similar stories. That is democracy.

Lot people in indian politics are either wifes or sons or daughters of Murderers,in every party icluding Congress,BJP,communists,SP,BSP,DMK,Shvisena,Telgudesam etc etc.
We are responsible for electing such leaders.it is negative point Democracy which was questioned By Socrates and poisoned death by Greeks.

RE:A real disaster - these people are taking policy decisions-Pathetic
by Mr Nair on Jan 08, 2008 11:45 AM  Permalink
Hey Mr. you meant Mr Antony as the womenish minister. Please note that in India there is no leader equivalent to him who is not at all corrupted and having a clean image through his life. You must have seen only politicians like Lalu, Mayawati, Mulayam, and other leaders who earn money through politics. Standing against corruption is womenish for you. Very pathetic of you man.

Moral of story is to get ministership you must have great criminal background and castism. UP & Bihar are unnecessarily blamed every time.
