oh how noble... freedom... You mean the BJP should take on extremists who oppose freedom of expression... hmmm. You mean like the Shiv sena/RSS/VHP/Bajrang Dal who riot and vandalize to stop Valentine's Day. Or do you mean the VHP/Bajrangdal's morchas and threats against MF Hussein's paintings. Or perhaps you are referring to the "ANTI-CONVERSION" Law of Gujarat!
Tasleema, don't blow your broken trumpet again. Nobody wants to listen. We never asked you to come to India, thank SardarJi that you are still alive, otherwise these stupid maulvies have issued a fatwa and have slit your throught by now. Wrong! All patriotic Indians welcome Talsima as our own. She is a Bengali, Indian and a truth seeker at heart and should be given Indian citizenship and all the protection she needs from the fanatic Muslims.
However, Taslima should not allow herself to be cowed down by the spineless government cowards and accept not to speak the truth as she sees it. In that case, she should move to a free western country where she will be allowed full free-speech and freedom of expression.

Don't be ridiculous. This is not Saudi,Pakitan or Indonesia. Taslima is a contreversial person. She offented muslims and got attacked by them at several places. If she wants to reamin safe as a guest in India, she ahs to follow govt. orders and agree to have her movements restricted. She is not a citizen of india and does not have any rights. If she does not like it, she is free to go to any other country. No one is stopping her. Actually, it would be good riddance for India

Dear Telver...
Indonesia is far better for women.. it is not like stupid islamic countries. In indonesia women have more freedom, not too religious compare to other islamic country.. specailly indians have more respect here and they love indian. Its a multi cultural country with full freedom.
Taslima should have stayed in Bdesh if she finds India not suitable to her tastes. She is also free to go to Pakistan or Indonesia. I am sure she will like the free and secure life in those places.
