Metropolitans in india are going to suffer thanks to the policies which create more gap between rich and poor... Unfortunately rich are gettin richer and poor gettin more poorer...Rich get everything which is even illegal and they have so much of power that they legalise it for there happiness.. for eg parties in 5 Star where you find semi nude girls dancing and people enjoyin her,its defined as party or a part of western culture and the girls are professional dancer, while the same thing the middle class used to do in dance bars that was termed as prostitution and bar girls were termed as prostitutes,no doubt that place is ugly but even what the rich do is not sacred.. such situations will create havoc in future, even on 31st we have seen rich goin for shows of bipasha rakhi etc... while poor were on roads.. They see everyone enjoyin while they are deprived and they are bound to get jealous... I feel this cases should be handled as in europe where they have legalised many things so that the whole situation is in check.. banning and depriving some portion of people will create huge problems as again even they will try to get things illegally and for that they are ready to do anything... As far as migration to mumbai is concerned as an indian please define me...Do anyone need passport to enter mumbai or a shivsena card...Hadh ho gaya
marathi people are under the wrong impression that shiv sena supremo bala saheb is the greatest marathi leader living in mumbai, a leader who does justice for the poor , but how can a person who proclaims to be a leader of the masses can be a owner of 2 five start hotels and own land worth thousands of crores, a honest political leader can never earn so much wealth, its high time for the people to open their eyes , bal thackerey has won the hearts of people by giving inflamatory statements and his hatred against muslims, thus they amassed property worth atleast 5000 crores by threatening people and taking advantage of their muscle power,, once bala saheb is dead, the shiv sena will vanish

correct your History.
1> Pulakesi spoke Prakrit, at that time Prakrit was the spoken language and Marathi was inherited over the centuries from Prakrit. So no point in denying Pulkeshi as not a Maharashtrian.
2> Satawahanas and King Shalivahan of Paithan is only and only a Maharashtrian. Well just for information the North India follwos the Vikram Samvatsara and Maharashtra follwos the Shalivahan Samvatsara or Hindu Calender.

we atleast treat u nicely . no one can tell a single word that marathi people have ever abused south indians bcos they r frm south rather we show unnecessary respect which u obviously dont deserve. u r frn tamil u know how kerala people treat tamilians i have nothing nore to say
Cant Mr.Thackeray see how much migrants have added to mumbai's development. There are lakhs of migrants in mumbai who have contributed immensely in the welfare of the state. And how can he say that we will protect women. He himself have scores of people in his party who have rape cases against them. Its time when Mr.Thakeray actually do something for people safety rather than just spreading hatred.
It must be made compulsory for locals to learn local languages of cities they migrate. I am a migrant from Andhra, but i can speak good Tamil as i live in Chennai. Hindi people should learn to respect the regional sentiments of people.

I think you should get out of this politician's game on language-paranoia. I don't understand why something should be made mandatory at all. I am a migrant from Andhra too and I have been in Chennai for the past 6 years. I couldn't pick-up too much Tamil, though I must admit I didn't give an honest attempt. But, if I am able to manage with bits-and-pieces of Tamil and whatever other languages I know, I don't think a Dakshin or a Karunanidhi should force me into doing something.
