The victims were NRIs and they don't want to file any complaint and they told that they only want to go back To USA.If they dont have any problem then why other dogs r barking on each other? Same incident happen in Kerala(Kochchi)where one foreigner girl who is teenager molested by mob.They taken oath not to come again to India,they r afraid of Indian ppl.So stop blaming each other and let's fight against any anti-social elements to save India.

The FIR is a public doccument so why do u wish to be proven foolish. The list of people identified in the Identification parade with their native places and states was published in a majority of Marathi newspapers and selectiviley and delibaretely OMMITED from Hindi and English media.

as far as Indore and Gwalior are concerned the Marathi people leaving there are there since 18th century and later when these provinces were under Maratha Control later under British they were individual princely stated governed by the Shindes(Schindhia family)

Marathi ppl live there for more than 100 yrs.But they live like their own state and they're not involved in any criminal case.Mainly Marathi,Gujju,Marwadi ppl like to live in peace with high tolerance.But some criminals from other states give them trouble and then they become aggressive.Dont forget Gujrat burning trains,then riots and then Modi's great victory.
I really cant understand Shiv Sena's bashing of migrants. I am supporter of Shiv Sena but I really hate the ridiculous comment made by Udhav, what dose he and Thackrey think about Mumbai, is Mumbai there property, isn't Mumbai part of India. What does he think is Mumbai what it is because of Marathis only? He dosent know that majority of industries are owned by non marathis, apart from this if whole India shuns mumbai, it will come to grinding halt.

Industries r owned by non-Marathi ppl but why???? State govt given them water,land,subsidies & whole infrastructure.If these ppl have any proud regarding their own state then why they dont start industries in their own state? They can go to Up/Bihar/Rajthan,can they sustain their growth there?

Dismantle metros. So nobody migrate to metros. Move parliament and other good institute away from the metro, so there is no threat of nukes.
These metro people s*uc*ks. They even do not have basic courtesy and knowledge about India. Villages should stop providing grain to these metro criminals.
Yes , Migrants are becoming burden to Mumbai, But in this case most of the culprits are Maharastrains from low income groups.
I do not think any body will get any punishment in this case. case is very difficult to sustain in the court. such incidents happen all over globe. Further victims themself do not seem interested in pursuing the case since they r not india based. So pls forget this as bad incidence and plan to make 31st dec'2008 safe.
Rediff delibrately supresses the names of the 19 offenders arrested in this molestation case.
Just for information for all, ALL 19 I repeat all 19 are migrant low skill labourers and guess from where?? UP and Bihar.
People from lawless states are brought up lawless and hence always have a scant respect for law, and hence have always broken laws and will try to break laws. This is a fact, anyone in Mumbai will agree to that.
Just publish the 19 names and where do they hail from, it will shut the mouths of all bloggers and message posters who are spittting rubbish.
Just have a daily statistic on the number of people caught ticketless in local trains, who are they?
The number of people shitting on roads who are they? the people who jump traffic lights , who cut in Best bus lines and Queues and ticket lines who are they? Just have a monthly survey and make the statistics public. Let the whole world see it and then come back with the sick anti Marathi talk.
By the way even the Lt Governor of Delhi is asking for carrying ID Cards for all due the uncooth Migrants causing law and order problem in Delhi.
So dont have double standards for Delhi and Mumbai. If Migrants from UP and Bihar are a problem in Delhi they also are a problem in Mumbai. Law is same for both. So no double standards please.
