All Indians will have to stay in their homes and keep it tidy and stop peeping in neighbors house and must completely stop trespassing others lawn to keep it clean! Unless they are invited but even if they are invited as guests they must follow certain mannerisms that a guest must observe...

No you are wrong, i think there are several second and third tier states in maharashtra that have phenomenal growth rates for ex pune, nagpur, aurangabad. I dont think it has anything to do with outsiders propping up maharashtra, infact its the other way because of govt support companies are moving in
