Indian Media always highlights the tragedies of Upper Middle Classes only which is their target audience.
Jessica Lal, Priyadarshni Matoo, and now this case.
What about those poor hapless women who were murdered and raped in every nook and corner of India? They dont publicise them because they are not glamorous!
Come to me, I will show more heinous crimes perpetrated against poor people in every small town and city as well!

R u among those 14 guys who did this? U r shocked to find out police is after you living all the other criminals. I think it is good that people know that even a simple criminal act can be dangerous if caught on tape. So atleast will avoid such things in public places.

i have seen BHARKA DAT AND RAJDEEP SARDESAI ARGUING WITH THE PEOPLE TO COMEOUT WITH FACTS WHEN THE CASE IS STILL IN COURT.REPOTERS SHOULD NOT INTERVENE IN THE CASE PUBLICLY THAT TOO ON TV SHOWS.WHAT RIGHT THEY HAVE TO ASK THESE TYPE OF QUESTIONS? RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THEN THIS.

rape and molested cases are problmatic and the victim hhas to suffer once again in the court. judges will ask the question to the victims abt how the rape had happened what time it happened how many persons raped ,was it.....bla bla. the victim will feel like to die than answer these typre of arguments. this is the reason most of the victims would like to keep quiet rather than going to police station for lodging the complaint.
it is apity that police were not intersted in pursuing the matter initially. only after the dy chief minister took up the matter the culprits were arrested .again it looks either a police officials son is involved or a judicial person s son is involved in the matter.only because of this reason the accused could get bail with in hours of their arrest.itis only an eye wash .also it looks like they may have been coolies for brought to court witha promise to pay their daily wage and will be released by evening.it has happened.otherwise there is no reason for police to cover the faces when they have committed the offence in a brave manner
what is law about covering of faces of arrest persons ?
It may not be true and proved that all arrested persons were part of mob who were doing molestation.
Photo can not be fullproof to prove guiltyness as photo can prove only presence of some one in that place ...as there were some good people also who have helped to trafic Police ...
the main problematic thing said on TV is victims did not lodge any written complaint ...

Very good start, but we must finish all cases pertaining to terrorists/anti nationals/criminals with summary trials or fast track courts, so as to save tax payers money. We are providing to these people security and food.
