If indian adivasis are more indian I want to know where Mohan's and my ancestors come from? Going back to mythological age my ancestors have been in India for the past 3000 years since the time of rig veda. So how does that make me less indian? Stop perpetuating this myth of non-adivasis being from outside India. We are all Indians.
I have many grievances with the Indian government. They took a large chunk of land from my family and are doing nothing with it. Does that mean I should arm myself with an AK-47 and go around killing people?
What is the alternate system of governance the naxalites are proposing. I am sure it is "Whoever has the gun is right" system. Don't you think it is better to fix our government peacefully than start killing each other.

Your Aryan ancestors came from Central Asia. Adivasis, Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes and a majority of non-brahmin (and non Malayali) South Indians are the only real Indians left in India. The rest are all Aryans who came to India 3500 years ago and colonised India just like turks and mongols did 500 years ago and brits did 200 years back.

So whta do you want to do manjula? Start a genocide? I am afraid you can not do that. How do you know that non aryans are also original inhabitants of India. they could have come from Africa. Some blood samples of some from Tamil Nadu show african DNA.So stop talking non sense.
The naxal movement thrives on the economic inequalities in our soceity. The root cause of which can be tracked straight to our corrupt governments formed by any party thus far.
The government since independence has spent more than 750 billion dollars on social programs and typically that has lined into the pockets of our politicians.
The naxal movement itself is corrupt prying on fear of the deprived, extortion and violence. But who is going to bell the cat and provide the people with a government that cares for its people genuinely and "executes" corruption free schemes

Patrick you are justifying naxalism, which not good for the society. Many of Indians who were zamindars during british rule9zamindars made by british)lost their land and homes by the law brought by Indira gandhi.Todays rich are mostly from post independence era, specially people born in the 70's.Nothing should make anybody naxal, certainly not curruption should be the reason for naxalism. The problem is some where else, which you are not understanding. There are so many things unanswered like 1)how naxals get their funds ?isnt it by radding and black mailing the poor and rich from a particular area. 2)who provided them arms and ammunation, isnt the terroroist group involved. 3)Arent the naxals involved in currupt parallel government ?When some of us are comming to conclusion thatnaxalism is reaction to curruption !! 4) is their a religious motive to naxalism ?

R Patil,
I am not justifying naxals. I do beleive they are morally corrupt and depend on a form of soceity(utopian socialism) that has proven to be a disaster worldwide. The word corrupt encompases all the symptoms of a communist government you have in bullet points up there
But, if you are serious about solving a problem you have to look at potential causes and either reduce or remove such causes. Importantly, I hope the government does not choose to look at it as a law and order problem. There is a serious economic discrepancy and a glaring governmental failure.
Mr. PM, the erarstwhile administrator reacted to a grave problem with typical southblock mentality. 1. Naxalities are not terrorist..they dont ever kill innocent people. Infact in many occassion they evacuated the common men before doing an operation 2. Naxalism is a direct offshoot of economic deprivation and corruptpolitical-administrative nexus 3. To common men the bigger menace is religios terroism. On the contrary naxalism is against corrupt politicians which is the cancerous part of the so called democracy!! 4. The solution to naxalism is simple: localised development (not directed from new delhi) and corruption free administration
Mr. Pm we have high expectation from you..dont mortage your wishdom and mind to filthy politicians.. 2. They

Naxalites are terrorists and they kill innocent people. The naxalite movements are also headed by brahmins, a lot of them from Andhra.

You have a point. I am glad there are some Brahmins among naxalites so that you can hate them too.
When poor people and common man does not even get the basic necessities in life, when their entire life is at threat, when women are not safe and all that they can see of govt. is corrupt leaders and officers they take up arms in self-defence. Soon this defence turns into offence and terrorists like Naxals are born. They fight against the injustice and do not hesitate to kill those who they think are part of corrupt system. When a govt. deliberately appeases minorities, tells them that their problem is majority Hindus and even after saying such things keeps them ignorant, away from education and poor they become frustrated and start fighting against perceived religion based injustice. Who is to be blamed ? the terrorists or the leaders, babus who misused common peoples faith, trust and failed them repeatedly ? Look inwards all of you in power, the tide is turning against criminals.
there is wrong conception among us that naxals are terrorist, its wrong, actually due to globalisation there r huge difference between rich and poor, wrong schemes of govt which is not for poor farmers, these people are humilated , manipulated and even cheated by govt or big jamidars, so govt should try to accomodate them and try to bring them on right track.
There is no co-ordination and cooperation between the Centre and the State Governments in tackling the Naxal issue. Naxalism is like a cancerous wound and once it consolidates itself, it tends to metastasize and spread to other conducive areas. We can see the shining path of Naxals from Nepal to Bihar, Jarkhand, Chattisgarh, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh till Tamilnadu. Bigger states with resources and Weaponry like Andhra Pradesh are able to contain the menace. But small states like Jarkhand and Chattisgarh are feeling it impossible to tackle naxals. The slogans like "Naxalism should be viewed from the angle of Socio-economic, political issues and etc etc" are just rubbish talk of Naxal sympathizers. It should be viewed from Law and order angle. If it is not contained in time, the manace will gradually spread to entire India. The Centre must shed its indifferent attitude towards the states and must become active partner in tackling the issue. The Centre must immediately deploy Army and paramilitary troops and it must co-ordinate with the state forces and totally eliminate the extremists and anti-nationals. Its now or never or else India will be a failed state like Nepal.
