Not only USA..But Hindus love everycountry..and community...We have accepted Shaks,Huns,Kushans,Greeks,Muslims,Christians,Europeans in past and still standing with distinct identity.. Neither Arab or Europe talks about anything beyond Mohammad or Jesus or Industrial revolution! 300yrs of Muslim rule & 200yrs of British rule couldnot convert Hindu India...that is fact and also due to this there is hatred towards hindus!
This has reference to the statement of Karunanidhi questioning whether Lord Rama was an engineer to construct Ramar Sethu. This is an absurd and irresponsible statement by a person in high position and we have to pity MK. All Hindus revere Lord Rama, accept him as God, worship him and we believe God neither requires MK%u2019s engineering degree nor the assistance of his chelas to construct the Ramar Sethu. This shows the level to which our politiciansLet Tamil Nadu carry on with its development projects by all means, but not at the cost of religious fervour and beliefs. No problem has only one solution. Who is Karunanidhi to talk about Lord Rama or Hindu sentiments? Does he know the fondness and devotion with which we Hindus worship Rama and strongly believe that he is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu himself, who engineered not just a bridge but the entire universe?

Karan, I strongly protest and condemn you for trying to destort the name of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. If you want to destroy all the Muslims form this earth, go ahead and do it if you have got the guts and courage. By the way, are you a HINDU???? I doubt.

He is not a hindu..just a trouble monger from across the country..in his earlier posts he talked about Hindus loving USA because USA is killing Muslims!
Does Rediff post such controversial news to spread dissent and hate among Indians ? And do they promote this discussion board for the same purpose? It is highly disturbing to an Indian to read such rubbish on the discussion board ! Better to eliminate this board !
this is being done to pamper and fatten the bank accounts of corrupt DMK and UPA so called leaders. The DMK are atheists and care a damn for the feelings of esp hindus--the less said about the spineless UPA the better--the irony of it is that the LTTE will get a foothold into India and these corrupt DMK will work out illegal trade deals with them. All like minded Hindus should ensure that this trampling on our sentiments does not take place.

Jay Shriram. According to the Hindu mythology & faith of crores of Hindus,lord Ram build the sethu with the help of Nal & Neel brothers. Nobody has the right to play with the sentiments of Hindus.Few days back there was an article on rediff wherein it was clearly stated that Sethu samudram project is not viable economically & also it is not required.We should no doubt make all the progress in the world but not at the cost of sentiments of Hindus . - Anand

Also the Southie ass is open to air, since Lungi is used, so the furt of Southie comes unfiltered.
I see a lot of posts which says this project is good for South. I want to re-affirm all those posts that south does not mean only TN. I am from AP and I strictly oppose this project.
Just post that this project is good only for TN and not entire South.

We don't need to execute this project because it's going to connect Srilanka and there be more influx from srilanka and LTTE folks our country will face another problem like what we are facing from infiltration from Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Tibet...We already have so many problems..
it is matter of environment and security of india notonly the hindutva. scientist and environmentalist are against this project and our army too against this project as our security concerned. but i can understand why govt want to build this project. yaar paise ke liye desh bhi bech doge kya, kitna paisa chahiye in lootero ko
