Atleast in India they never terminate pending cases. So what if the cases go on till the accused die OR the cases are managed outside the courts, but we never terminate the cases here !!!

Al Beruni invented communication satellite in the 12th century. He launched it from the back of a camel, the satellite was tied to a rubber catapult and it was released as the camel's balls were kicked.
