A serious question - I always wanted to know "Why muslims dont eat pork?" In so many years i tried asking this to many of my muslim friends but everyone gives me different answer or some even dont know the reason. Can anyone let me know the answer - NO comments on religion or stupid answers please

Dear Vishwas , "Why muslims dont eat pork?" Bcoz of the following reasons : 01)Eating of pork can cause no less than seventy different types of diseases. A person can have various helminthes like roundworm, pinworm, hookworm, etc. One of the most dangerous is Taenia Solium, which is in lay man%u2019s terminology called tapeworm. It harbours in the intestine and is very long. Its ova i.e. eggs, enter the blood stream and can reach almost all the organs of the body. If it enters the brain it can cause memory loss. If it enters the heart it can cause heart attack, if it enters the eye it can cause blindness, if it enters the liver it can cause liver damage. It can damage almost all the organs of the body.
02) Another dangerous helminthes is Trichura Tichurasis. A common misconception about pork is that if it is cooked well, these ova die. In a research project undertaken in America, it was found that out of twenty-four people suffering from Trichura Tichurasis, twenty two had cooked the pork very well. This indicates that the ova present in the pork do not die under normal cooking temperature. 03)Pork has very little muscle building material and contains excess of fat. This fat gets deposited in the vessels and can cause hypertension and heart attack. It is not surprising that over 50% of Americans suffer from hypertension.

first of all, the testicles of this terrorist should be taken out. his kidneys and heart should be taken out and be gifted to some patients who need them.
it beats me how a hardcore top terrorist, a techie to boot is not following daily news and is easily picked up by police. There is no nation wide manhunt or nothing like what was done for Bilal fellow post Hyderabd blasts. Is it a smoke screen from police or rediff is trying to create dhamaka news!!!

It is because of people like this , that muslims get a bad name , as it is muslims don't get jobs , now after this , companies will think times over before giving even a well qualified educated young muslim a job in their company , when will these fools realise that their actions give the full community a bad name,Allah will definately punish them for their bad deeds & i also appeal to my Hindu Brothers , please don't judge us on the action of a few misguided indiviuals , most of the muslims in the country are peace loving & love thier motherland - Jaihind & God Bless

Pork is considered as PAK or sacred. That's the answer I have received from my muslim friends..Also why they can't speak "Vande Mataram" is also a big mystery

My Dear Listen Why didnt Muslim Eat Pork. if u know abt Uric Acid, Pig Biochem excretes 2% of its total Uric Acid content, while 98% remain its body integral part. Islam has the fact behind each and every reason. hope u get the ans.

sami there is no point in speaking here. can you rise your voice against a mulla who is preaching hatred. can you work among your ppl and tell them that what these terrorist are doing is a harm to our country and its ppl. if not you have to bear the brunt. most of the voices raised against hindu fundamentalist are from hindus. most of the hindus just ignors these fundamentalists. why cant muslims do the same. if nobody will follow then your mullas will stop preaching hatred

Sami when i interview candidates I don't look at their Religion...companise are not that dumb...so don't worry..

sami you dont need to request anyone this as your country as our PM. but what worry me is that this thing is like vicious cirlce, now more muslim youth will be looked upon with suspicion and more they will be inclined to get spoiled out of frustration.

There is only one and the true relegion that has been sent by The Almighty, for the entire Mankind and that is ISLAM.
It is a complete religion, legislation for the whole Universe till the very last day and it is a perfect way of life.
Believing in it or following something else is upto the individuals.
Quran is the latest and the final revealation by The Almighty and nothing else has been sent after that.
The only thing is it has to be practiced in it's right spirit. No religion calls / supports the killing the innocents.
There is no radical Islam or extremist Islam. Islam is the same as it was 1400 years before.
But, today few misguided individuals / some fanatic goup of people are acting inhumane and irresposible and Islam is getting the blame.

perfect point. but you failed to mention sonia gandhi, y samuel rajashekhar reddy, manmohan singh, arjun singh, jyoti basu, buddadeb, jagadish tytler in your list. They have a greater role in the increased importance of Advani and others.
All these things are because of inefficiency of congress led govt in centre.Bring BJP and make MOdi as PM then only our Indian muslims can sleep peacefully!!!!!!
