It is the same story in all 3rd world countries, species are vanishing many per day. No population control and no central authority. Specially Indians are first not afraid of any govt. nor of the many gods we have. No future planning or consideration to safe animals. Whats happening in Bihar or Up where we are taking justice in our own hands against mankind.what is expected against Tiger. It will be very soon RIP for the king of the jungle. We just want to live the best life today and never try to do any good for the future. a very sad story/
Its always pity for us to cry and crib & blame the authorities for wrong happenings today Tigers are vanishing due too our neglegance where is the media insteading of showing Dawoods videos & Ash Abhishekh wedding to honeymoon dramas which r known why dont they crack down on tiger poaching or reall sensitive issues on environment why isnt the killing of tigers or any other endangered species put forth strongly as they did for human killings the goverment itself cant help tigers conservation we as people should take effort The Tiger is symbol of India's Pride & Strength dont Kill it !!!
Where will I ever find such an Magnificent Animal, whose Jump and Roar even when caged made me Pee! I want my future generation to see this Royal and Magnificent Animal!

Preliminary reports indicate that tiger numbers in India have declined sharply from 3642 individuals in 2002 as per Project Tiger estimates to somewhere around 1,500 tigers in 2007, a drop of a whopping 60%! The range of the tiger is reduced to a mere 7% what it was a hundered years ago. Indeed, wild tiger numbers may have reached a level from where recovery may be near impossible if drastic measures are not taken on an urgent basis. The time has come when every concerned citizen stands up in support for tigers in the wild.
To muster the support of citizens across India and the globe WWF-India, the country's largest non-governmental organization working for wildlife conservation has started a signature camp
The main reason behind this tragedy is the demand from China for tiger skin, nails, meat, etc. When there is demand for soemthing, it is very difficult to ban the supply and stop the market in a free market economy. People will find a way to meet the demand at good prices. The only solution to this problem is to stop the demand by doing something about chinese hunger for tiger skin, penis, etc. being served in Chinese restaurants and tiger paws and skin used in ornaments and costumes. Shot them too! It is a rare pleasure to shoot a tiger with all its poses and gestures, and when the King moves an alarm goes off in the jungle from the little birds to the monkeys to the deers, intimating that the shooting is over and its time for some movement. What a pleasure to live in 'unsafe' jungle than the disgraceful concrete of human civilisation. A visit to the darbar of the jungle is breather for days of agony in pollution.
