Once Middle class whole heartedly supported Nehru! Now they Support BJP
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Feb 22, 2008 11:09 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Psuedos raised under Nehruvian Utopia have problem accepting this truth.

They tried to scare BJP/RSS as anti-Muslim.

GUESS WHAT, AFTER JEHADI TERRORISM< RIOTING, INNUMERABLE BOMB BLASTS- EVERYBODY IS SICK OF MUSLIMS AND THEIR SUPPORTERS.

NATURALLY, BJP'S STOCK IS ZOOMING. AND IT WILL TILL JEHAD REMAINS A FORCE IN AND AROUND INDIA.

Secular - from dictionary.com
by WhoAmINow on Feb 22, 2008 11:03 AM  Permalink

Dictionary.com and wikipedia have this meaning for secular: "not pertaining to or connected with religion"

BJP says everyone should be treated the same irrespective of their religion

Congress/Communists say: If you religion is Islam you get more previlages.

Who is secular now?

NOTE: I am not sure if congress/communists show favoritism for religions other than Islam - might be in pockets where Christianity is a vote bank - but not sure.

Even though English Press is filled with Psuedos, why BJP is darling of middle class?
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Feb 22, 2008 11:03 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why ABVP is world's largest student organization, while SFI and others are shrinking?

Why RSS's Labor wing HAS MORE MEMBER THAN THAT OF CPI AND CPIM;S PUT TOGETHER PLUS FEW MILLIONS?

Are Psuedos fool? Or people are smart and making right choice.

Mr. Mukherjee, I have not heard of any labour union (other than those led by the leftists) mustering any benefits for the working class.

The Labour Unions of the Congress, BJP, etc were always stooges of the Management and tried to back-stab the working-class by breaking even the legitimate labour strikes!!!!!!!!!

Maharashtra, florida declares statehood after Kosovo
by sunil gaokar on Feb 22, 2008 10:57 AM  Permalink

In a major turn around after Kosovo, Florida in America and Maharashtra in India declared independence from their repective countries. Russia China and India welcomes the decesion about Florida while America , Russia and China welcomed about Maharashtra independence from India. Marathi will be the state language with Bala Saheb Thakre as its President. Udhav and Raj Thakres will fight democratically. If uddhav win the election He will form the government and in case Raj wins Presidents Rule will be applied. All the leaders have ensured that they will make people progress very fast like Jinna made Pakistan progress very fast. Marathi and English will remain official Languages there - Marathi for People and English only for Thakreys. On this ground Britain and America welcomed the new state to become their ally similar to Pakistan. India is waiting for new developments before giving any coments on the situation because India also have a Marathi President.

Oppurtunistic !
by Your Nemesis on Feb 22, 2008 10:51 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Yes. BJP is not sectarian. All this while, they were just pretending to be sectarian! They just redraw their societal boundaries, as and when they find it convenient, to garner vote banks, only during elections.

Being at the left of center, Congress had always won elections since independence, as the only votes they could not get was the extreme right wingers. Even foxy brahmins voted for Congress, before BJP came into the scene. So, BJP had to come up with a better vote bank idea, no matter how lethal it was. Timely came the Ram temple idea. This carved a boundary around the biggest vote bank in India, the Hindus - Poor, Uneducated, emotional. Perfectly suited to be hoodwinked. It did give BJP a momentous success, and took away a million innocent lives. They aren't bothered. Once their agenda was realized, they never spoke a word about the temple, as they wanted their rule to be the most peaceful one in Indian history.

Unfortunately, comes the election every 5 years. And so comes to life the sleeping devil. This time, they want to carve out every possible vote bank - Women, North Indians, Urbans, Educated, now..Secular, and of course, the Hindus, who they think are their political base, by keeping the Ram Sethu issue alive. People will never know that the Ram Sethu project was first proposed during BJP rule.

Looking at all these...yeah, BJP is not sectarian. But just cunning and oppurtunistic, like its Brahmin leads.

I agree.I hope Ganguli(the author) knows this.BJP believes in pluralism of India and not the same coming from intruders-arabia etc.Pluralims of India,if seen with Indian eyes(Vedanta and our Languages) is infact one and same. Yes BJP is becoming pseudo secular also.It is with evry party.Wherever Muslim goes the environment become 'secular'.Even if in Shakha if a muslim happens to come the climate changes. It is our dual personality, because of one thousand years of slavery,we can not hurt,so 'secularism" is the best.

Did I really get this right? or it secularism that got it wrong?
by WhoAmINow on Feb 22, 2008 10:37 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

1) Gandhi is secular when he said Hindus and Muslims should share the nation together with equal previlages
2) Jinnah is not when he asks for a Muslim nation and creates the Islamic state of Pakistan where Muslims get priority
3) India continues to be secular with the muslim increasing in %pop share
4) Pakistan continues to be an islamic nation with %hindus dwindling and %muslims increasing
5) India continues to be secular with giving special previlages to minorites including muslims
6) Pakistan continues to be islamic by giving special previlages to Muslims
7) Congress & Communists continue to be secular by advocating special previlages to minorities including muslims
8) Pakistan continues to be islamic by advocating special previlages to muslims
9) BJP is pseudo-secular when they say Hindus and Muslims should share the nation together with equal previlages

Read this again. Here is what I get
Gandhi = BJP = Secularism
Congress/Communism = Pakistan = Islamic

Now, who is secular?

Jai Hind! - where else can one who asks for equal rights be advised that another country might be his/her ideal state & in the name of secularism at that!

Two party system
by true tamilan on Feb 22, 2008 10:36 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Coalition politics at national level is destroying the country. Only two parties bjp and congress shud be allowed to contest elections at national level.

All state level parties shud restrict the politics to state level. Then we will have a better stable govt without blackmailing.

Indira Gandhi's legacy
by true tamilan on Feb 22, 2008 10:34 AM  Permalink

Indira gandhi is solely responsible for terrorism in kashmir, punjab and assam. Whenever any non-congress govt. is elected, she will dismiss it on article 360.

People took up arms because of her. She will conduct asiad, send a man to space while country will have more than 70% people under poverty live. Just like typical commie countries like USSR, North koriea
