Do we speak the right english words?
by WhoAmINow on Feb 22, 2008 11:33 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Secularism means impartial to religion. Congress & Communists pamper to some religions, BJP also but not to the same extent.

Democracy means rule of the majority. Autocracy is rule by a minority against the will of the majority. Monarchy is where the same family rules. Anarchy is when no rule happens.

Put these together & this is what I get. do you?

BJP = Limited-secular democracy
Congress = Unsecular autocracy monarchy
Communism = Unsecular autocracy anarchy

People who believe BJP is the (only) pseudo-secular party = really crazy!

MUSLIMS FEEL THEY ARE ONLY FOLLOWER OF TRUTH. ALL OTHERS ARE INFIDEL.

THEY FEEL, THEY RULED INDIA FOR LONG, AND BROTS SHOULD HAVE HANDED THEM OVER IN 1947.

SO, THEY WILL NOT AGREE WITH EQUAL RIGHTS.

THEY WANT EXTRA RIGHTS.

This is the reality.

UPA's first action after coming to power was to abolish POTA, a law upheld by Indian Supreme Court unlike in USA!

We should all remember...
by Seshadri on Feb 22, 2008 11:15 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Pakistan is just a standing example of division on Religion (Hindu & Muslim)... it is this deep rooted hate which brings about divisions in our society. Added to that, the govt. of India does not hesitate in giving reservations/concessions to the minority section without thinking whether they are really needed. Does the govt. think that the majority are born with a silver spoon?

We all should strive for caste/religion based reservations to to abolished...

Abstain from voting for any of the current parties...

Have we become fanatics such that we are stubborn on the existing parties?

Redoing the british regime influence and renaming our cities to Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangaluru and Chennai = NATIONALISM

Redoing the regime before british and nebuilding the thing that stood before it became a mosque = PSEUDO-SECULARISM

Smell double standards anyone?
