As long as there are Indians (here & abroad) who lick the United Shits Of Amrika's ass & beleieve there is no entity beyond US (in short - US is God), India will keep on getting screwed by the US. Buggers always post messages here abusing Indians for not favouring the US. "UNITED SLAVES OF AMRIKA", WE CAN TERM THEM. FOR THEM, ANYTHING AMERICAN IS BLISS & EVERYTHING INDIAN IS PISS.....

INDIA NEEDS CLEAN GOBAR GAS...WHY NUCLEAR ..GO GOBAR..CLEAN SAFE AND BIO-DEGRADABLE...ALSO GOOD FOR OUR SOIL AND FARMS..SCIENTISTS SHOULD MAKE SOME KIND OF POTENT GOBAR GAS WHICH CAN BURN BETTER THAN PETROL OR GAS..WAKE UP INDIAN SCIENTISTS..GO SWADESHI..STOP LICKING WHITEMANS UNDIES

varghese.....India does not need Gas...They should have devoloped sufocicated Neucleor weapons all by themselves...very long ago ...so that countries like USA cannot ever say that ...we will bomb India with Neucleor bombs....Like the USA said in the 1971 Indo Pak war....And those Neucleor bombs should not be ment for only one country....but where you can hit multiple ..very large targets ..all in one go....
RE:WE NEED GOBAR GAS PLANTS......

Well, to join things & put them in a nutshell - INDIA SHOULD CULTIVATE GOBAR GAS & DEVELOP GAS BOMBS TO COUNTER US BIO - BOMBS. ENTIRE DIVISIONS OF ARMY CAN BE FLATTENED WITH ONE GAS BOMB..... As the saying goes, "Saap bhi mare aur laathi bhi na tute."

Human is on Mars but you are still Slithering in the Marsh..... God knows why people always like to lick the West, especially US. What is the need to run after them or model yourself on them always? Don't we have brains, don't we have resources? Can't we build our own identity? Why do we need to run & beg to the West? If even after 60 years of Independence, we still can't stand on our legs & have to depend blindly on the West for everything - GOD SAVE INDIA.

Bob , DO YOU TRUST CHINA? THEY ATTACKED INDIA 1962. WHERE WEAR YOU? US OFFERED HELP , MR. COMMIE V.K AND NEHRU TURNED IT DOWN. THAT IS THE REALITY. WE FOLLOWED A SCREWED UP FOREGIN POLICY UNDER NEHRU AND GANDHI. SO CALLED NON ALLIGNED BUT IN REALITY IT WAS PRO SOVIET POLICY.
If the deal matters to the US as much as it matters to India, then the US should take additional measures to get India to ink the deal. For India, the deal opens up other areas of nuclear cooperation with other countries too, as without the US blessings disguised in the form of agreements with the IAEA, in the present world scenario no country is willing to deal with India, as France and Russia have recently stated. (They are the countries most supportive of a nuclear India). So I believe that the deal is important for India. But, the US should also walk its part and attract India to the deal by offering substantial other hi technology transfers (maybe of the F22 raptor or the F35 or other hitech stuff). It is a deal, and both parties need to walk their part.
India doesnt require nuclear power because it brings environmental disasters like in China a whole river is poisoned by nuclear chemicals rather Indian govt should promote nature energies like wind, solar & build more dams to generate hydel power
why US is pressuring India so much.Dr.Singh is in dilemma.Ifeel there can be some vested interest by US.In PAK they have changed the election scenerio.now it is ppp mush. equation has not changed.they dont want terror groups to take control of PAK becoz of nuclear arsenal. there are chances of them using against israel.if such thing can happen then for them india becomes very imp as we also have the capacity more than what Pak has.God knows the life span of mush.US has no belief in any PAK leaders. If they want to target PAK terror activities then they need us.more than that they know we are arch rivals.time will tell us

sorry real hero,i saw ur reply, but unfortonately i couldnt respond due to some emergency problem at my home.u have used the word pagal sale.i think it applies tu you.i have never written that deal is not good for india.i have written about the future possiblities, thats all.can you pl tell at any instance where US cared for india all these years.
If someone is behind you so much to make this deal happens, it makes one wonder who is the REAL benefactor. Mind you, US is not doing it out of its philanthrophic intentions. All the more reason for Indian think tank to ponder.

true. it might not mean philanthopy. maybe they want our interests to align with theirs through this deal,so as to gain a strategic ally. So what, i say a strategic alliance with a democratic superpower is a million times better with the likes of china and russia. look at japan, israel, nato, all US allies(barring iraq) have only benifited by their alliance
I do't know why these parties are not taking national interst as first priority. Rather than scorring political scores, they should support this N-bill. We are nation of more than 1 billion people. power hungry we will alawys be. But for ecnomic development we need power. That too if possible a clean so that less carbon print is put on mother earth. With power anything is possible. Including cleaning water from sea and put on rivers. Get more crops to feed ours people. rising standrad of living. Having more harmony. Not that we have recent in Maharathtra. People should support congress in next election. If want this country to become a respectable power on world stage.

May God give wisdom to think in the interest of India.Congress logheadedness and URGENCY TO THE EXTENT OF THREAT are sure indications that IT is NOT for Indai But for PERSONAL GAINS OF US AND CONGRESS.Why hurry?WHY Congress is not CLERIFYING THE HURDELS?in deal ?Mr.Singh is master manupulator of deplomecy. And why not? without any elections fought he is having all credits and PM post.

Nuclear power installations incur huge fixed costs and I believe unit price of electricity generated would still be expensive than conventional energy price. India already has enough conventional sources to survive for next 100 years. Isn't it possible for Indian scientists to come up with indegenous Thorium based power generators?
US has already started warning about "possible misunderstandings". So, this deal is not entirely commercial. Do we want to play into the hands of tyrant nation?
