US does not know that most of the indians in high skilled group do not wish to be in USA since it is a lonely country and people get frustated and then they come back .In india they see an opportunity to grow.

Where did you get these facts from ? novels ? news media ?
Trust me most people who live in US and talk of India never want to come back here, they enjoy the life there and just use India and the culture back home as a social discussion topic.
Lonely or not, US and many European countries have much better public infrastructure, cleanliness, lesser corruption, better quality of life overall.
Dont base your views on reading news in India , we tend to be pretty biased when it comes to that.

Gone are the days when everything is 'foreign' used to make heads turn. In india you can get everything! you can stay with dear ones at the same time. 'Instead of driving a Merc in US better drive a car in india with your family/friends and enjoy food and life' More over rupee is stronger now and no interest in Dollars for me.
indian people who stay in USA think they are superior to peiople back home inspite of the forthcoming fact that they will be kicked back in coming years due to recession their ghamand will come down when they land in india

Dont just blame them the reason our country in such bad shape today because we have had equally ghamandi people who cant look beyond their own personal ego's and ambitions.
Chalo kahi na kahi to US ko takkar de raha hai. Kaun kambakht kehta hai India mein jaan baki nahi? Arey Ganesh (Guinness Book) walo, sun rahe ho na? Lage hato India ka naam bhi tumhare Rikard Book mein likh dalo.
I have seen many Indians settle abroad and even recently have seen at least 3-4 families leave India to settle abroad. The most common reason is that quality of life is better in the other country. Common reason to leave India is pollution,corruption, poor public infrastructure.
Even when India is making so much money it seems our country is not improving in terms of civic infrastructure and pollution,law and order, cleanliness etc. Our leaders have to seriously think about why this is happening and look beyond petty politics to make this country a better place for everyone.

no... i think its money... and even that proud feeling of working abroad... many just wait for a chance to boast about there foriegn visits... there parents can also tell there relatives/frds... beta amerika main kaam kar raha hain lol.... but please sincere citizen dun xpect ppl coming from US back to india or any other part are goin to do miracles... jaisa sab chal raha hain waisa hi rahega
Mauritius PM is on three days visit of Bihar, visiting his ancestral village in Bihar which had produced the majority population of maritius. It was father of present PM of Mauritius, from Bihar who started independence movement of Maritius from Britishers and made Maritius not only and independent counrty but advanced and developed nation and became first PM of mauritius. Today what mauritus is due to Biahri communty contribution who had came there as labourers and later got independecne for mauritius which is way advanced than india with double currency value compared to INR. Still after landing at Patna airport this manc alled Bihar as his home and before touching the ground he touched the ground with hands to take the blessings. This si what Raj Thackray kind of idiot could nto understand that land gets recognition from work of people not from land! Its open for everyone. Some people stay outside still do good for the country and some people liek Raj Thackray are enought o ruin the country by staying here. If some copies of Raj Thackray are sent to the USA, those migrants to the USA will be seen returning back to India!
