There are so many parties... celebrity parties where many belly dancers half naked do somethin in stage... and the rich class enjoy it... i think this is been defined as art... while the same thing happens in small bars then its defined as obscene.... waah kya government hain... i dunno about live bands but dance bars in mumbai is also closed ...i think both r same
hahaha this is really good the best method , police cant do anything since in their rule book nothing written about enuchs some suking laws like this are in karnataka like no dancing allowed in a hotel where bar / or liquer is serving etc...
