arey bhai..RTI me nahi batao par ye to batao ki kya koi elected neta khud ke naam se contract leta hai ki nahi. agar haan to kya wo disqualify hota hai. it is a simple and general question..isme bura maanne ki kya baat hai? waise bhi sabko pata hai ki aap legislature wale ekdam sharif log hai baki india ki publik hi chuja hai jo aapko itna tang karti hai.
Probably legistors were right and no journalist or Chief RTI commissioner has a right to know the rules regarding awarding of govt. contracts since the representatives of people have the exclusive privilage to loot Govt/public money and therefore such enquiries clearly amount to breach of privilage of shameless representatives. Then why they should have RTI act on the statute book?

Laws are made to protect the powerful and punish the weak. Why do we expect RTI to be different?
