Our leaders and people in high positions must come out and tell to the general public that India belongs to all Indians.

Raj should be tried under law !
by SS Kumar on Feb 15, 2008 05:07 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Raj should be held responsible for the untimely death of the HAL employee. But for his inciting of mob violence, this HAL employee's family would have continued to live as one single happy family, giving shape to their dreams. Clearly, by trying to preemptively blame it on antisocial elements, Raj is trying to keep ready his escape route. If he feels he is not guilty, why did he apologize to the affected family or offer to look after them, henceforth ? Law must move in quickly to set a deterrent to others.

I think raj is right but presentation was wrong. Dont target one community. Try to stop unwanted people coming here and settle here as there is on place in city and worsening law and order situation .

Shame on India
by harry na on Feb 15, 2008 04:39 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Oye People...

India is growing but Indians are not...

someone rightly said - India is a rich country but inhabited by poors.

The good people are trying to do something for their country.. but you dumbasses cant think..

Its a shame the Sania Mirza is not playing in her country... Think of the support which one team or player gets while playing in they homeland... and bcoz this poor girl cant get out of controversies she has decided not to play in India..

shame on Indians..

and this Maharashtra eposide...

I think we (or some educated and smarter Indians should make a fund and give that to Dawood Ibrahim as "supari" for all the Thackerys.

broaden you minds... think outside your caste, religion and cultures... others would not be as good as you are but still they are all people - humans - - have blood in their veins - have kids and families just like you have...

Shame on India!!!

India is a land of big contradictions..one side they say there is no racism..but on the other hand they have castism..one side they take pride in the unity in diversity and on the other..they fight over state like mumbai/up/bihar TN/Karnataka .. They want Taj mahal to be one of the new wonders...but on the other side they(some) hate people from other religion... One side they say they are peace loving people and put gandhi as mascot and on the other hand they have violence in gujrat and every where.. They claim a rich culture and history on one hand and on the other side they cant stop imitating every thing from a recently created country of 400 to 500 yrs...so as u say its india every thing can happen..its also a bunch of hypocrist people..

Hi All,

Its not between us to get a solution for all these perenial problems. It should come into everybody's minds. The best solution I think is....

OUR HONOURARY PM SHOULD COME IN PUBLIC AND MAKE A NATIONAL SPEECH. IN THE SPEECH, HE SHOULD TELL.....EVERYONE TO FORGET THE PAST,
"PAST IS PAST" i,e. WHATEVER HAPPENED BETWEEN ALL THE RELIGIONS, CASTES etc.. HAS HAPPENED AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. SO, FOR THE BETTER INTEREST OF ALL WE SHOULD FORGET THE PAST AND FOCUS ON THE FUTURE WITH UNITY. THANK YOU....

India belongs to who?
by Hinndu International on Feb 15, 2008 04:15 AM  Permalink

Mumbai belongs to people who live in Mumbai today same as Banglore belongs to people of Bangaluru or any city in Bharat.Moslems of India have one relative in India and one in Paki-Bangli Place. Politicians are trowing all kinds of excreta on railway tracks & in peoples minds! We needs sanitation at every level!

Raj the hero
by Aspee Desai on Feb 15, 2008 03:52 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Raj is doing a great job! It will take some KRANTI to bring to public attention what the political leadership in UP and Bihar have done for their people. People who are not from Mumbai, have no idea whatsoever about the chaos situation here by these Biharis and UP people that have swarmed this city (hard to even breathe). And after all there are limits to space and resources any place on earth can offer.
Life in mumbai is one living helll !!!!!!!!!!! Suicide and sacrifice is better than ignorance. Kranti Kranti Kranti. Raj knows what he is doing, ignorant people should stop commenting here....
There is a lot to life other than just earning bread (which biharis can definitely earn in Bihar). These people live like piggs here, defecating on railway tracks. A dozen biharis living in a small room (illegal slums - massive encroachment), is how they are contributing to the cities (or even their own personal) growth/development?? Get a life people!! this city is already super populated, worse calamitiies will take place that will be explosiive and fatal if this infiltration is not arrested where it is.

So indeed Raj is doing a great job... Just as one needs to go through the pain of using a thorn to draw another, he is dutifuly doing it for good!!

u r partly right..the so called kranti has ofcourse sparked the bihar govt and UP govt to take notice...but what illegal did the poor people of bihar and UP did ..they are daily wage earners....the difference between them and u is.. u r fotunate to have good upbringing...and they didnt...but that doesnt mean that one should go and beat them black and blue..they are poor and helpless, they are part of a problem but behaving the way the raj team did ..is no leass than barbarism...and can be lead by some one who is a barbarian king..raj...

Hey there was never a Kranti without sacrifice. If a bull had to be moved, he needs to be pricked. If a thorn in pierced another has to be dug in to draw it out.
What is the fault of the poor bihari people?? The fault is trying to fit tomatoes in a jar already filled (and has no space) with potatoes.
Will you like to see your fellow brothers live in dirt and filth like the biharis in mumbai? Would you want them do live in pathetic unhygenic conditions? Whats wrong if an elder brother tries to discipline the weaker to become independant by being harsh on him? Whats wrong about it?

if that same harshness is turned on to you and your fmaily.. i would be wondering waht you you have to say. if you were to be born in bihar or Up instead fo maharashtra wonder what you would have to say... If thorn is to remove thorn... let raj and hi men try o remove Mulyam and Amar shing and mayawati and laloo.. why shold a tree fall on a thorn ?

There is blood ont he hands of Rak Thakrey and his supporters including you. Thank God that he gave you a life that you did not have to defecate on the railway tracks. he gave you a rich father to take your care. Is being poor a sin? Aspee Desai wake up!! Shame on you and your loss of compassion for poor people from Bihar and UP. Besides, Mumbai was developed by British rulers involving all communities because of its proximity to sea. Does Bihar have a coast? Think before you speak. Your hatred for poor workers belonging to Bihar is nothing else than racism, againhst which you would stand up, if some white person did it. Go and thank God for giving you a rich father than abusing poor workers.
