It's simple, Chat Puja can improve one's buddhi only if he/she is an insane like Raj. Biharis are already intelliegent, that's it's not necessary. Got it????

Raj is doing all these for cheap popularity, he has no guts to do something good for the soceity and be famous. That's why he is taking all these cheap ways. He is as cheap as his deeds. He is not the contractor of marathis. He is a total crap.
