The core of this issue is that every politician in UP that has amassed significant money dreams of becoming PM.
That is the reason that they go to other states to build organisation using migrants. Look Naidu or karunanidhi or farooq or mamta or the thackerays themselves. They are busy with their states and never go to another state and organise the migrants from their state. Obviously the national parties are exempt from this.
