The real problem is the corruption of UP and Bihar politicians. If they didnt eat up all the government funds and planned to create one or two mega cities like Bangalore,Kolkata or Hyderabad in their states with enough industries providing employment these people wouldnt have left their states. Why would they leave their homes and families if they are not compelled to ? Atleast now,people from UP and Bihar should put immense pressure on their respective governments to improve the infrastructure,industries and cities in their states. It's now or never.
People should understand that u cant force something on others...If u r good...ur habits and ur actions will be followed automatically...u dont have to tell others.

When a Marathi has cared about marathi ? It is fine with Raj T and other manoos.

It is rather appalling to see what has been happening in Maharashtra. It is shameful to see how low politicians in India stoop down to get into limelight and for votes. Its cos of people like you that innocent others are displaced and killed. You should be arrested but even the those in the Govenment wont do that because they too belong to the same flock of politicians as you are.
I have seen many good blogs here... good to see very talented people with good opinions... but plzz understand mumbai is a small island,land is limited,resources are limited,electricity problems is already seen in many parts of suburbs... in future water problem will also start,local trains are soo full that ppl get tired before reaching office... there is no issues for anyone coming from any part of india and work here in mumbai... but try to understand how much more ppl can this city take... population is growing within the city and people also coming from outside states.. my only concern is do anyone feel that leaving your state working for a meagre salary,staying away from family,wasting your agriculture land,is right... its a complete loss-loss situation... for everyone I dun know who is raj thackeray and i dun even give a damn about his comments... my concern is only about our financial capital.... For maharashtrians plzz understand dun come under the influence of thackeray family... if raj and uddhav will start fighting wid each... i m damn sure marathis will start fighting against marathis... better fight for a cause rather than supportin thackeray family
I dont think Maharastrains over noght started hating Other Indians bcos one joker said so. Our Indian (atleast Hindu) fundamentals are strong no one can shake it.

"religious" fundamentalism is never strong, to begin with, any religious fundamentalism is not religious, atleast when it comes to hindus. you will find bajrandalis have everything in common with wahabis, which is just hot hindu.

The answer to Tarun Vijay's hypocritic article is an emphatic "No". Being an Indian is not enough!
You cannot qualify to become a Sarsanghachalak if you are just an Indian, you have to be a male Brahmin.
If you are just an Indian, you donot get a house in certain localities of Ahmedabad, Baroda & Mumbai. You have to be a high caste vegeterian Hindu for that!
If you are just an Indian, you cannot be called a patriot; you need to be a Hindu for that. A Muslim's patriotism can be easily doubted by any Rama, Shiva or Govinda!
If you are just an Indian, you cannot enter Sabarimalaya temple. You have to ascertain that you a Hindu male. If you happen to be an Indian Hindu female, you have to prove that you are not in the menstruating age!
If you are just an Indian & want to marry an Indian, then sorry, you won't get a match. You have to disclose your identity as a Punjabi or a Bengali or a Khatri or a Marwari or a Mochi or a Vokkalinga.
Tarun knows all this, but like a normal Swayansevak who has mortgaged his brain on that infamous Hindutva shop of Nagpur is pretending to be an "absolute" Indian. An absolute Indian never existed, nor does he exist now!
