Because the people of these 2 states have their priorities wrong. They are more worried about caste and religious appeasement than development.
in the coming Rail Budget.. Lalu will be announcing more trains from UP/Bihar/Jharkhand to Mumbai and other Maharashtra cities so that more people from UP/Bihar/Jharkhand can come for work there...
People are opposed to Lalu coming to Mumbai and performing the Puja, but they are ok with Indian leaders coming to the US and celebrating Indian INDEPENDENCE day.
Why the HYPOCRISY ???
I am more open to Lalu doing Puja in Mumbai because as an Indian he has the freedom and the right to make Puja anywhere in India.
Would we let Bangladeshi or people from other countries who live in India celebrate their independence day ?
Please think before we start reacting and start name calling.

in jammu and kashmir independence day of pak is celebrated,kashmiri guys in chennai burst crackers and distribute sweets when pakistan beats india in a cricket match,brother china is going to celebrate independence day in arunachal pradesh and particularly in tawang province .

My dear friend Indian leaders go officially to celebrate indian independence day and on proper offcial visa! They certainly do not go in US to spread communal disharmony deleberately!
Good.Let him go ahead.People are one living in india. nobody requires visa to travel within our country. Dangerous evil forces have no right to live in this country . if every state leader starts behaving like this where is prosperity in in one state. Govt of india is a coward force remaining silent for long time. is this the yard stick going to be applied in all the cases of arrest?

Then wht the diffrence between Raj and Lalu? Both gives useless comments and try to create problem. So diffrence just can be seen is North-indian and Maharastrian. and Lalu talking abt whole India...
the 3rd person joined the race to get political milage, raj thackery and amar singh party already got a political milage through this clashes, if they both pick up the fruit, then lalu is "-----" ?, so he joined the race and you can see some comedy in coming days. ready to enjoy the comedy from lalu after the action and emotional scenes which we saw these days.
I am not against any Puja but if Laloo comes to Mumbai for that reason then I will oppose it. It would be a purposeful act of provocation by a corrupt, anti national, anti hindu, psudo-secular leader. Instead he could go to slap the RJD leader who got a lifer for criminal and terrorist acts. I am sure if he does ChaattPuja in Mumbai he will also get %u2018prasad%u2019 from Mumbai.

they arrested raj. I dont think they should arrest Laloo. The jail will feel insulted.
