Security forces not only have to deal with criminals and terrorists they have to also deal with leaders with political clout who can make / break their careers.
So it often that they live in fear add to it that taking bribe is an easy way out for everyone and you see a plain simple easy way out which may be bad for the country but easy and convenient for all people involved.
When in big metros municipal corporations and cops try to demolish illegal constructions and huts many politicians jump up and try to protect the same. Same with many big time criminals.
How do you expect the law enforcement to work when there is so much interference from the so called "leaders" of people.
The feeling of beind "Indian" has to come from within. People should be made to realize that if they do something which is not right (black / illegal / cash transaction etc., without proper documentation), what will be the ill effects of the same?
Forget about some ill-informed business persons doing this kind of transactions....
I can quote examples within the so called 'prosperous and global' IT community people.
When they return from their trips from either US / Europe / Australia and have USD, Euros to convert, would some of them not handover their hard earned USD/Euros (in cash) to un-authorized conversion agencies or individuals who offer to pay 2-3 rupees per dollar more than the RBI rate?
Some of them feel that if you do it through an authorized forex firms, an entry will be made in the passport about the amount of money converted and they feel liable to be answerable to the I-T department.
All this unaccounted "foreign currency" is what is one of the major source of funding for these kinds of activities.
If only each of us establish a strict code of personal ethics and values and promise ourselves to adhere by it, we can create a legacy of principled values that we can pass it on to our next generations, too...
Think about it guys...

Hey common man,
You are right in some since.. but here the problem is "SURVIVAL for EXISTENCE". What ever IT people bring form other countries is not that of black money, but it hard earned money saved with out eating or staying in low cost rooms. You should think of politicians and business men who do play with lots of black money and increased the prices like any thing. IT people wont have that capability as they need to pay the tax strictly every month. One can find more money with the uneducated politicans rather than hardworking IT guys. To be fact, being A IT employee I could not even purchase a 30*40 site in the outskirts of Bangalore till date thats the fate, but people doing business, Govt employees(like police dept, IAS, politicians) has already has more than 10 buildings in bangalore. From where they get this money though they earn less than IT employees.
To be fact with your second point of thirdparty people, there are no routs now a dows who will give you money with out passports. Every person will demand for a passport though you got the high reputed agency or a normal person, still you need to give a xerox copy of your passport for exchange.
I have seen almost all guys in our company giving the copy of passport before they exchange and moreover the bank people itlsef will give you the good exchange rate now a days.

I totally agree with you. The Problem with this country is the politician and their corrupt babus. They need to be reined first. I just don;t understand why they target innocent IT people.Is it a crime to work hard and earn more at the same time pay tax before you get the salary. Ask any of ur goverment employee to come and work in this IT industry, the very next they will run away from the job. They can't survive the pressure for a single day. We are rewarded for the work we do and the pressure we stand. Unlike the babus of goverments offfice, who is paid to take bribe from tax payers. Why doon't every single government employee undertsnad that the salary they get comes from tax payersa money and they are there to serve the people of this country, not to rule them. They need to be polite with the people who pay their salary and they are none other than common public -The Tax payers.

Exactly..thats when the educated people take those jobs all these jobs are filled by the people with low education or recomendation and who cant be polite unless you know the person personally..be it RTO,muncipality or even university employees....infact its the only IT people i can atleast say no chances of corruption.proud to be in that, all that earned is hard earned...

Yes, Hyderabad has become a pakistan inside India. The local mullas are helping the ISI agents. Hindu girls are kidnapped and forced to marry muslim boys. It is a fact, but no govt has got guts to admit and act accordingly due to the fear of vote bank. Shame on congress which is the root cause of this evil .
India should send a bunch of skilled sniper/s to sharp-shoot Dawood. After Dawood is located in Pak, India should ask Pak to submit Dawood. Pak would as usual deny Dawood's existance in Pak. Ask the sniper to execute Dawood. Pak then won't be able to allege that India has killed Dawood. The sniper shall have to be smart enough to get back to India. Needless to say the operation has to be a secretive, well-planned and well-executed. India's military, the 3rd largest one in the world, should have the required level of skill to perform this operation.

Unfortunately there are no Hindu Mullas in Pakistan to help and hide the sniper and help in all ways till he returns safely to India nor are there any Mosque/Madrasa type temples. Hence this can only be a pipe dream.

Hey Biswajit.... Thats a kewl idea...But no one actually need to kill Dawood or this intruders.Everyone is behind Political career and money making. But Sniper stuff can be applicable to all corrupted politicians and for leaders of relirious groups irrespective of religion.
Corruption and lack of political will. Corruption has made law enforcing agencies impotent. Strong actions will mean more and more finance will be required for each terrorist activity. Moreover more and more people will also go behind jails ensuring less terrorists. If i am not wrong, Hassan Ali of Pune was not traced for many years. If we small people miss our IT returns, there are huge fines. Once we were asked to pay extra tax of rs. 91/- including interest. What about Mr. (His highness) Hassan ali?? how could he remain safe so many years!! Why are we not having compulsory zip code even now.
Spineless,useless and coward UPA government should put POTA in action. Bunch of morons..they have nothing to lose...common man on road is facing death...
All transactions happening above 50,000 Rs should be through credit card, check or DD. And PAN number should be provided. With this we can minimize these illegal transactions.
Cheap instrument to identify fake notes. Education to public how to identify fake notes.

My friend...why Indian citizen should suffer?
Address the root cause -
1) remove/punish bribe taking authorities at the border
2)harsh punishment for faking the currency
3)eliminate the traitors within the country
4) most important - encourage use of electronic and plastic money...minimise movement of hard cash....in this way security agencies can monitor all transactions sitting in their office...fast and cheaper way of controlling this menace.
5)last - follow the trail of Dawood and make him run for his life...send killer squads to elimiate him..whereever he may be...
If there is so much hew and cry for Raj, then the MIM leaaders have made hyderabad a demographic muslims enclave in hyderabd, stored with Razakaris principals, helping anti nationals, last week even a congress minester had to leave because he didnt inform the MIM leaders about his visit.At least raj is asking thelocals be protected but here we see thatmuslims leaders dont, they want the locals be away, both culturally,and politically the local telugus are being thrown out from old city, perhaps this is happening for last twenty years but our congress leaders are still silent. a few months back a muslims MP escorted a forcefully converted hindu girl(pallavi) , now untraced , by converting her to islam, but no one knew wether she was the same girl in the burqa, tutoted by the muslims, fundamentals. The great demographic change is taking place by the much pampered muslims but all are silent.
