Let them do, nothing will happen as they will not be able to fight. Its there security. Only issue is, if these weapons goes to Taliban, they will definetely relase on India. And also, let them spend more and more on their defence. This will some day or other paralyse Pakis.
Pakistan Neclear weapons can only target Indian Cities. But they can't use it. Then what is the use of it. Except it is like a toy weapon of a child. They will threat with it like a child. Otherwise it will be useful to terrorists,if they get it.

My poor brother, when paki want to drop these bomb on India they will deliver these bomb to their comando ( Is called Terrorist for world) to drop. indirectly they will involve, directly they will not.nobody in world can say that paki goverment would involve. but very few people know their tacticis like these.

There is no need for terrorist or pakistan to destroy Inida. Indias are good at destroying themselved. First they created divide amongs Hindu and Muslims and now they are dividing between North Indians and Mumbaikars. No wonder Britishers found it easy to take control over India. Now pakistan can take advantage of India's communal sentiments and can use the Policy of DIVIDE AND RULE. Kuch nahi ho sakta hai. First Hindus felt safe that they have a protector in the Shive Sena and BJP. Now Marathis feel they are the only safe people. Later on, even Marathis will find that these political parties would divide them as well in CASTE politics. But still we will not learn. After all we are Indians and we need nothing less than Buddha to bring back some sense. Till then the rest of the world can take advantage of us. There are people who proudly say I AM AN ASS [MNS]. So you cannot teach them anything and they have no regrets either. Sarre jahan se Aaacha. Hindustaaan THA Hamara.
if they fire their rockets with nuclear heads and assuming it really travels 290km ( not cm? sure? ), wont the radioactive dust blow back from where the rocket came from. its like looking up and spitting.
