Is this what we call democracy? Are we proud of such activities? Dont we have right to move freely in any part of our country, do we require visas to visit another Indian state? Some goons and party of goons are holding the state/country for ransom and other parties (in government) are trying to gain political mileage out of it by not suppressing such movements in their initial stage. I pity such psycology, some ppl actually are making careers on dead bodies!

This was all pre-planned. Shame on Raj, Shame on Mumbai police, Shame on Maharashtra Government and Whole Of Congress. They have allowed this shameful act to happen. It proves that Congress. and Maharashtra Government including police commissioner has got no balls of his own and they drink p-is-s of thakrey every night as wine. Raj thackeray who was no where in picture suddenly got so much of publicity just for giving a statement on north indians. Like all politicians he is not bothered about the state or marathis rather he is just building his own political career. When will these uneducated ghaatis understand this who are just attacking people because they were born in different part of a country and he moved to this city looking for a better life.

What have they done to improve the situation in UP and Bihar?? Before commenting on what is right and wrong these leaders should get out of their AC cars and mix with common people instead of partying with bollywood celebrities. Just ask what people of Orrisa, Delhi, Assam, and Rajasthan think about people from UP and Bihar and you will know why the Raj Thakeray got so much support in Maharashtra . As for Abu Azmi, he is ISI agent and a traitor. He incited muslim mob in mumbai to riot which directly lead to death of two policemen last year. People will not forget nor forgive traitor Abu Azmi.

yeah now that sounds better..., u have to be clear in your views otherwise unknowungly you hurt good people for no fault of them.
I work for a small S/w company and there are 5 marathis in my company. There is a restaurant close to my residence which is owned by marathi. Our maid is from nagpur. there are many marathis here...
the question is should I kill them, chase them out of here... and do what exactly marathis are doing to other states...
All marathais before asking other people to leaave have a look at where all your people are spreaded why can;t marathi s/w engineers work in maharashta, is Pune and Mumbai not capable of providing jobs to IT people. Why the restaurant owner has his hotel in Bangalore, does he believe that maharashtra does not have potential to reun hotel.. coming to labour class , my maid why she should travel all over to south to clean houses...
Can somene answer these question... what would happen if all the other states start chasing out all marathis from their states..... can't even imagine..

true... migration is part of development...its simple demand and supply thing.... a software professional would like to be in bangalore or hyderabad then mumbai...similarly a stock broker or model would like to be in mumbai and not other cities...
This is also true that nobody wud like to be in lucknow and kanpur for job..but yes ppl come can go to these places for academia like at IIT Kanpur or IIM lucknow...

He means migration is necessary for development, people of specific skill will go to a place where they can make good money from this school..................now you can't move Bodhgaya to Maharashtra ???????? as you said be one and make India a proud country to live where epeopel should come from all over world and make it a big power like what has happened in US........ we have to develop India.......
