James, Its true that anyone is free to work any where freely in India. But this should not be at the cost of that Region's traditions, culture & values. Even US do not support those migrants which goes against their Region's traditions, culture & values. Also, moving around in search of job in USA itself for fellow Americans is not that easy and they also require permissions of residential population.
Why govt. has done all this Tamasha? when it was sure to grant the bail to Raj thackery, then why the tamasha of arresting him, taking to court and wasted everyone's 3 hours. Females, Childrens, Old people were in under tense situation for whole day. Govy. could have done house arrest and then should have been grant bail. Shame ! shame!! shame!!! to all political parties

who ever from other western or eastern states of india as well.Beware of these regionistic marathis.tomorow it may come in any way and strike you.so it is better to safe guard u from these diease..

Rememeber there are lakhs of TamLians in Mumbai and Pune. Think before you write.
There is a limit to how many people Mumbai or Maharashtra can accommodate. No doubt about that. Certainly these places cannot accommodate all of Bihar and UP and the question is why should they ?? Has anybody thought about this ?? It is high time that we the people of this country decide on this issue which has serious implications on all areas that affect quality of life. Raj Thakerey's protest against UP and Bihars (not all Northies as media says) is the first step in that direction. So why should Raj be blamed ?? When DMK supports LTTE why is there no concern about regionalism ?? When Akalis install the portrait of Gernail Singh Bihdrawale in Dam Dami Taksal (who wanted to break up India) why was there chilly silence among the desh Bhakts ?? When Bengalis openly rioted to protest against exclusion of Saurabh Ganguly from Indian Cricket team where were the media that cries foul against regionalism?? When Biharis were slaughtered in Assam why was media silent?? Where was all the love for biharis then ?? The truth is people from UP and Bihar have swamped the states like Delhi, Orissa, Assam, Maharashtra and Rajasthan. Wherever they go they start behaving like they are in Azamgarh or Siwan. They do not respect the culture in which they go. Raj Thakeray's fight is against those that want to convert maharahstra into azamgarh or Siwan. This fight is not for jobs or resources but to maintain local culture and avoid lawlessness of UP and bihar.

(CONTD%u2026) Lalu and Amarshing should drown in chulu bhar pani because it is their failure that people from UP and BIhar are flocking to other states. What have they done to improve the situation in UP and Bihar?? Before commenting on what is right and wrong these leaders should get out of their AC cars and mix with common people instead of partying with bollywood celebrities. Just ask what people of Orrisa, Delhi, Assam, and Rajasthan think about people from UP and Bihar and you will know why the Raj Thakeray got so much support in Maharashtra . As for Abu Azmi, he is ISI agent and a traitor. He incited muslim mob in mumbai to riot which directly lead to death of two policemen last year. People will not forget nor forgive traitor Abu Azmi.

Mr. Attatar, shame on you. What happened in Assam is done by millitants so r u terming those responsible for what is happening to north Indians in Maharhastra are naxalites? I think ur knowledge on the subject is really poor and that's why we UP'ians and Bihari's are proud of. Whatever we do, we do with sincere efforts. Be it politics, Management, Engineering or Goondaism and that is why people are afrais of us. If u donot beleive me please go and check the stats, mostly senior management level in Maharashtra is dominated by South and North Indians.

Vishal, If you think UP and Biharis are cream dela cream then good for you. There is a limit to which maharashtra and mumbai can accomodate. Nobody not even Raj is against law abiding people. The problem starts when the law and order and civic sense breaks down . for a start since you are so uppety about your fellow citizens, next time ( assuming you are in mumbai) if you see a Bhiayya or Bihari shitting along the tracks take him to your home and let him use your toilet. I think you can atleast do that.
why the hell should they run away like rats when confronted ?? Don't they have dignity ,are they so timid with no sense of self-respect at all.
They must have the attitude of dying rather than bowing to some hooligans. It is only due to this docile nature that indians have always been ruled by a foreigners.
We are being taken for a ride here by some bigots whose only interest is money and who don't care a dime about what this kind of third-rate politics is doing to this country. It is time we stand up and not allow ourselves to be dictated and i believe these people is nasik should have demonstrated courage and stayed back .
One more day of futile efforts to teach the Gumrah Bheed to think like humans has gone for waste. Continue friends. No one can help you. When the aliens come to catch us or some meteorite come towards us we will all take shelter in our homes and let the developed countries do their jobs! We can keep ourselves busy watching the bollywood naach gana. And if we go slaves to the aliens and when we are asked why did you not resist the force of the alien attack we can very coolly ask them to refer rediff.com which will prove to them that we were indeed busy!
