Inferiority complex can also unite people. That sort of unity is not there in North because of lack of that complex. That is why you hear an united shout against Bhaiyaas, Tabelas, etc. Highlighting a complex might not solve problem. Try to hold hand of good people among them and say we are with them will help.

We might not get into it.
You don't understand the Psyce. Height or looks or whatever. End result could be Inferiority complex that can run a person wild and they find other means to dominate that you don't want to know. So let us find a way to resolve this problem instead of highlighting it.
I am unable to understand why is Maharashtra Govt. so much time to act in the situation. Narendra Modi was blamed that he took 3 days to act and allowed riots to take place. But Maharashtra Govt is sitting idle for last 10 days and doing nothing. It seems that they are party to it and do not want to loose, if not getting any political mileage out of it.
