Actually this problem started with bloody Abu Azmi's statement of Lathis in UP Sthapana Din. Why the UP people wants to celebrate the up din in Mumbai so largly ?

they don't want to celebrate it even before they never celebrated. Uddhav started it for vote bank and then raj started for marathi and sena vote bank dear.
The current situation is the classic example of how India was ruled by British,Portuguese,French,Mogules...etc all for so many years.The present polititians are shame to this country & today India is missing real educated , dynamic & progrssive leadership & not people like Abu Azmi,Amar Singh,Jaya Bachhan,Jayaprada, & Thakre's ...etc all who are useless & only creating problems for their own political benifits.Today if we all think sensibly & coolly we will understand the present scenario is of developement of specific state like Maharashatra , Karnataka...etc & backwardness of many other states like Up , Bihar ..etc is the major problem.Polititians are just not working on this issue & only making us fool.That's all...Please we all have to understand this.

I totally agree with your thought. Actually we all know about this, but the fact is very few of us come forward to speak about it.
