nope, some good old fashioned governance is needed. right now, bush urgently needs to be uimpeached for his lies. the only reason he is not is because half the muslim world will laugh at america - therein lies the rub, for the moderate yanks. if it were some other country - buch would be in the bushes.

The USA is a democracy undergoing the process of electing a President democratically. Why should India feel concerned? Rather we should celebrate the event. What would the World have been like if Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin or Chairman Mao had suceeded in having their way? Thankfully people in the USA thought fit to resist the tyranny of all of these.

thats good. when he becomes the President - he will not need to do so. If that is what will lead to white house , great for us. I am sure you will not want Sonia to talk of Italy all the time or hobnob with Italians ... you know what happened with Q. Indian community has a lot more scumbags who will want to cling to Jindal bandwagon its better he keeps them off .

It is like "australia" vs "england" match, we take sides for fun or other reasons even if India is not playing. I wish "obama" wins but really dont care if he doesnt.
US will have to wait another 250 years before it can see anybody other than a white, protestant Christian, male as its president. US, which wanted to teach the world about respecting women (feminism) and blacks, never itself learnt those ideals. Since its independence all its presidents have been white, male, and protestant Christian (with one of them being a catholic Christian).
