Kudos to Nepalese Police
by on Feb 09, 2008 09:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Atleast the Nepalese Police are honest than ours. The Doctor offered the Police Team 1 Crore Rupees to set him free. Had this happened in India he would have been let go ("ran away from Custody") as they say in India. I don't know why he bothered to go to Nepal. He could have stayed in India itself and bribed whoever and whenever anyone comes to arrest him. I have such faith in our Judicial/Political/Executive system that I am sure he would have survived easily.

Might be he has done kidney trading. What right has the media to call him Dr Horror.
Look at the positive part of the story. There were many lives saved by this kidney transplants.
Organ trade should be legalized and streamlined.
People should come forward to donate organs for the people in need.
Even though many people want to donate kidneys for exchange of money our government has no proper law for it.
If a donor and receiver are willing for whatever monetory or health benefits each one of them gets why should the government and legal system interfere?

Nothing will happen
by Jaiganesh Ramachandran Iyer on Feb 09, 2008 09:27 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Nothing will happen in this. What happened to Nithari Killing Case. This will also meet the same fate. If any judge sentences him then there is NHRC (who does not have any job but to oppose like Medha Patkar for any issue). If he is going to name the politicians then he will be killed in the custody. Remember how Harshad Mehta died. Government should not consider by honouring with some PADMA like they have given to Rajdeep Sardesai

KUDOS TO CBI
by Ramaswamy on Feb 09, 2008 09:19 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

WE have to pat CBI for such a fastest move to bring dr.horror to india. They are efficient. The sad part is, such an efficient organisation is being dragged from behind to show the same swiftness in bringing QUTTROCHI to India. Its shame on the ruling coalition at centre.

Hang him to DEATH
by on Feb 09, 2008 09:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Who the hell in this world gave this guy, the right to play with people's lives? If our Indian judiciary system has at least a bit of sense, then it should directly lead him to HELL without any jail sentence.

Why hang him. He did not do anything illegal.Doners sold there kidneys willingly and he paid for them. He gave jivandaan to those who wanted the kidneys desperately and who paid for it willingly. Why this fuss.
