Dr Amith Kidney Kumar is just a front for our Big Time Demons.If proper enquiry is conducted, all those big names will come out who have made money using dr Amith Kumar. There are politicians, police Officers involved in the case.Theer is no doubt about that.But million dollar question is whether Proper enqiury will be conducted in this case? Past experience in cases like human trafficking by politicians/ telgi's stamp paper scam.... where is the enquiry? No one should be surprised if we hear a news like " Dr amith kumar committed suicide" or " Dr Amith Kumar killed in an accident " or stuff like that. Because our politicians knows very well how to liquidate a person capable of exposing them.

Well said naik we need a proper inquiry not like nithar we need the gulity to be punished at any cost who ever it is even if the presdent of india we need to punish him with out any delay.
Don't shoot him. Take away all the wealth he has created by doing so, and give it to the actual victims. Then remove his kidney and sell it and then again distribute the money among victims. Give him Rs. 10000 for the removed kidney. Only then he should be trialed in court.

He is a prized catch in the hands of Indian legal eagles. They will earn a fortune by milking him. I will not be surprised if he is soon out on bail enjoying his ill earned money by partly sharing it with those who will see him out.

that is perfect justice. but indian laws copied from the west are unjust. there is no clause of blood money compensation. victims will get nothing. no visionary in sight to change the law at present.
Years back there was a Hindi film called "Sahib" where the hero, Anil Kapoor, for the sake of the honour of his father and sister's marriage, donates his kidney to an ailing millionare's son. The story was so moving, every time one see's he is moved to tears. The bottom line is, utter poverty drives people to sell their kidney and the middle men like the Dr.Horror takes advantage of it and makes millions. This is utter exploitation. What is in reel life is true in real life. Govt should identify such class of people who are driven to the extreme of selling the vital part. This particular Dr. Amit was running the racket for such a long period of time just within the stone's throw away from the authorities. Yet this was not detected. It is the callousness on the part of the local authorities or else how could this happen so blatantly. This doctor deserves no leniency and he should be punished according to stringent laws of the land. We do not know how many such rackets are on the move in major hospitals, it should be probed. The so called top class five star Hospitals do entertain such cases albeit with relevant documents. Still they need to be probed as such rackets do exist in such hospitals also. This is the recent industry thriving on hi-tech facility and lure people all over the world especially Indian diaspora and people from gulf countries.
