These lines of Longfellow can be perfectly applied to Baba Amte. God bless his soul
Real Torch bearer for eradicating the social evils the country is plagued with. May his soul rest in peace .Eternally hopeful that his tribe may increase rather than some nonsense crap on the rediff discussion board.
Baba Amte was a great person, who lived for society. He did a lot of work for poor people at large. He did not bothered to face apathy from others but continued doing good things for general people.
