The Indian mind is also to be blamed for this. This is common all over India and common voters should be blamed for this. The do not associate with any organization which does not go to the level of caste, religion, language... some emotional issue. Unfortunately this is the only factor which appeals the common voter. Why blame the political parties and leaders.
