Dr. Kidney
by arungopal agarwal on Feb 08, 2008 10:34 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Unable to understand, what crime-he has done.He has given life to hundreds of people like GOD. He has purchased kidneys from poors, who were neglected by our Govt. from the last 60 years for their bread, shelter and clothes. He has not kidnapped anyone for kidney or taken the kidney forcibly, of course exploited the poverty of the people, which everyone is exploiting including purchase of blood, prostitution etc.,etc., Donation of kidney by a relation is not crime, otherwise it is crime on legal term-a technical illegality. One can work with one kidney only.

His crime is that he has forceably taken the kidney of poor people without their concern, though he paid them afterwards but imagine if the same incident would have been happened with u aur some-one from your family, would your opinion be the same at that time also. No one can force anybody to give there organs/body parts, and naming them as DONATION. Dontion means willfully giving whatever u want to give. So in that context he has done a crime.

Your observations are biased, being a doctor he must have taken the confirmation and signatures on even plain papers from all donors. This is a unique case of exploitation of poverty of the country to the best possible manner.
Along with him,Central Govt. is equally punsihable that could not eradicate poverty in last 60 years.

Hi if he gets out of prison with a full legeal trial then he is right and we are wrong. The idian penal code is not to blame. It is the police network which is to be blamed. They dont provide proper proof and neither do the plug the leagal loop holes.
