Congress and BJP likes parties made our system like this. This is a good system to make money. They made big holes in the net. These small fishes escape through the holes.

Why blame police?
by sajansajan on Feb 08, 2008 11:18 AM  Permalink

Why blame the police? It was ultimately the UP police which blew the lid off the racket and Haryana police which helped them.

If we as common Indians keep fighting on caste and religion and keep electing curropt politicians who will take a hefty bribe and let him be free or live royally in jail then who is to blame? Did anyone note the amount of money he had with him?

Remember the Nanda case?

We are ALL equally responsible for India being 2nd most curropt country in the world. Judiciary is the most curropt of all according to a survey. (Though judges dont take money, the lower level staff take bribes and botch up the records to ensure a case is lost)

I dont think they can bring him back to India -
1. Our diplomats may goof up with the documents - either on their own or due to some hidden pressure from powerful people who might be involved in this.
2. Nepal with the Maoist in control on govnt. may want use him as a bragain chip to deal with India ... which may result in a deadlock.
