Please shut up. Bihar is underdeveloped, that's why they take up these jobs. If you are so concerned about Mumbai...go open nice schools and company in Bihar and UP...they are your fellow Indians only. You won't die by helping them.
I do not understand why Gandhiji, Nehru and all the freedom fighters efforts are being put down the drain.
What's the difference in these politicians and the Britishers who ruled on a divide and rule basis. These politians are similarly trying to divide between Marathi and other languages or Maharashtra and the rest of the states.
India is a democratic country and every Indian has every right to be everywhere and anywhere in India. Instead of fighting for individual states and languages we need to be one as a country. Why not say `Jai Bharat Mata' instead of just 'Jai Maharashtra' ??? why not amcha Bharat Mahan ???
I am an Indian and a proud one I'll be. I know not of culture discrimination.

Being a staunch Nationalist,is a right and duty of every Indian. But we forget one aspect.Unity in diversity can be practised only on paper and does not have a practical approach. Unfortunately, in India, people are equally to blame as the Netas. It is very easy to put the blame on politicians and get away. But the fact remains that the whole system is rotten beyond imagination and its difficult to overcome this situation.Merely talking about discrimination based on religion & caste is not going to help as one has to or rather compelled to accept the ground realities. Therefore the religion/caste/creed are bound to exist in India until there is a uniform civil code where everyone is treated at par.Although this may sound foolish for some, considering the poverty line of this country,i am afraid, that is the only solution.Getting rid of Reservations and special status like Article 356,Stringent anti-corruption laws are some measures which can be helpful.Every responsible citizen of India looks forward to see a developed and proud nation.

viona dalgado, why is this rule not in the indian state of J&K? that state is suffering from ultural, regional and above all communal differences.
Mumbai is a dirty dying city.. with poor infrastructure and more than 60% of population living in slums.
The existing Congress govt has done nothing for mumbai in the past 15 years of their rule. Congress NCP will not stop people from coming in mumbai and staying in illegal slums, bcoz its their votebank.
similarly, Raj Thakarey is trying to create a Marathi votebank. Afterall its votebank politics.
UP and Bihar CM's should be ashamed of themselves that they cannot provide jobs to their people and those people have to go out of UP / Bihar, face humiliation and work 12 hrs a day for petty gains.

Your brother who lives in Dubai could have refused and taken up empployment somewhere in India. Your nephew could also have done the same. They are converts today because they chose to do so. SHAME . No reason for rejoicing.........

Wow, to give up your ancestry and believe the earth is flat and only 5000 years old. To believe in the most abomination of a religions begotten by incest, rape, genocide, whose tenets are to subdue the earth. and fill it with their own kind.
The failure of Hindus is that they are not an organized religion. Further the Hindu education who gave the world mathematics, astronomy the procession equinox does not exist as ancient past. As of now there is no Hindu education. They are religion that worships nature, and get their answer from nature, as science get its answer only from nature.
Further Hindu religion as Hindu time line is in agreement with science timeline, weather it is the age of the universe, or the age of human existence, or even evolution, Like the Nine avatars of Lord Vishnu first, fish, then turtle, then, bore, then midget, then beast(halfman/lion), then human, the memory of Hindus is exact to what science as verified.
Hindu religion whether it is Indra (Dev Raj), of lighting/thunder and cause of rain governs natures, earth, the five elements, is the same Devraj as common electricity as even basic science student will tell electricity govern nature, it govern chemistry, rain, etc. .
Hindu religion is about atma, all have atma, all atmas are equal, through respect of atma one attains god. Therefore better to believe in truth which even in the Gita say to a logician god is truth then believ in things that our disproven.
These are the same OLD politicians who are ruling the country by all means and trying to divide our society. If you really want to make a change - go ahead pick up your phone and type 'Lead 4" and send the SMS to 58888. This will add a vote for Mr. RK Misra, IIT Kanpur guy and an entreprenuer who quit the corporate world to change our political landscape.

You are going to be next Raj Thackeray ! You are sounding so stupid that I don't even feel like to put my words here but it seems you need some good answers before you open your stupid mouth again with these kind of statements .. - the biggest hollywood industry is not running by maharastrians .. its an effort of all the indians - the biggest stock market is not running by maharastrians .. its an effort of all the indians - IT industries are not running by maharastrians .. its an effort of all the Indians ..
if you are so reluctant to allow non maharastrians to enter in to your state then why don't you call your maharastrians from all over indian back in to maharashtra ..

Then don't blame migrants. Blame the people who made Mumbai both the 'financial capital of India' and the 'Entertainment capital of India'
Everyone wants to make money...if Mumbai is the place to make money, people will rush to Mumbai.

raj and swati ..infrastructure has its limitation .. we never beged to make it financial capital or entertainment insdustry .. it became entertainment capital because Maharastrain made the first film of india..Mr Dadasaheb Phalke... secondly ..any place developed because social fabric of its native people ... maharastra was front runner in aboloshing social evils like child marraige , girls education ,untouchability (ambedkar is maharastrian) ... thats why mumbai developed ...

Ya, no one begged. But that's how it was. So instead of blaming innocent people from other states...y not ask politicians to move out a few industry. Agar 2-3 major industry hat gaye, to population bhi hat jeyegi na!
Mayawati alone is responsible for the present mess up in Mumbai. Had she not made life horrible for Amar Sing and Mulayam in UP, they would not have tried their luck in Mumbai resulting Azmi & Biharies to take advantage and Raj Thakerey to open his dirty mouth. If we have to punish the culprit let's punish Mayawati first....

Violating law is very common in Democracy. In India people always Misuse Democracy for their own sake. Even in USA people violating law also More then 20 plus people killed last year in Gun shootouts by mad students. 3 Indians students also killed but no one arrested yet. Still any one can buy or get a gun easily in USA .
