by Manish Shashi on Feb 08, 2008 05:06 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

He is a ANIMAL. He maligned the holy profession of medical ( which does not seems to exist now).

He must be given toughest punishment as per law of land.

Other doctors surely will learn a lession here.

I am trailing thease news for a long time.i can't understand is it wrong to provide a kdney to a nnedfull from a needful one to save perhaps both lives.organ transplanting must be regulate not banning it.it's like prostitution whatever will be in demand people will be ready to sell or buy especially when it is question of life

Only wrong is that the politicians and officers were not paid their commission. Doctors have no right to utilise entire amount generated in this illegal trade.
Govt must fix a 'cess' upon each kidney, and a service tax upon every operation.

Do you really think that taking an organ out of a person - without their consent - is okay? Do you realise what you are saying? Yes, donating a kidney to someone is not wrong - ONLY IF YOU AGREE TO DONATE IT - but if it is forcefully removed from your body then that is without doubt absolutely, equivocally wrong.

Congress and BJP likes parties made our system like this. This is a good system to make money. They made big holes in the net. These small fishes escape through the holes.

It's good that Amit is caught. But, how come none of the victims (except the last victim) have so far not complained? How come this racket managed to go on for many years with out getting caught? Something wrong somewhere. Obviously many people (a gang) should be involved in this, not just Amit.

In India, the main issue is to drag the case for years saying that not one innocent man should be punished. Saying this they allow almost all crooks to escape.

May be by the time this case against Amit is completed he will be 65 years old.

When a case takes such a long time, many of the witnesses and affected persons, would have died.

Our Indian crowd also forgets one issue when they hear next one. Do any of us remember Veerappan or the gang (possibly politicans) involved with him now?

Our courts still talk about Sikhs affected during 1984 (riots after Indira's assassination). Can they get any evidence now, after 25 years?

Basically our Indian justice system and our Indians' mentality should change.

Press in India talks about Amit now. After some time they talk will talk about Laloo's politics or some temple or mosque problem. Then we all will forget Amit.

What non-sense is this ya?
