Lazy Justice
by Shivaramakrishnan on Feb 07, 2008 02:15 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Crime was taken place in 2001. Judgement has been delivered in 2008. It took 7 years For delivering a judgement. This clearly shows the inefficiency of our judicial system.

Govt should give gun licenses and pistols to all women in India so that they can protect and prevent themselves from these heinous atrocities...

Worst Crime
by Ajit Kamble on Feb 07, 2008 02:12 PM  Permalink

It's a shame that he got away with a life term. How can a doctor even think about doing this to his patients? Doctor's status is supposed to be more than that of parents' and this doctor has murdered the faith of his patients.

We really appreciate this judgement...from now on every stupid has to think before doing something wrong. Now a days the culture has gone totally sick even worse than western countries...............We should take indian citizenship of other who got involved...evne we shd file a case on the site as well and track all the others who got involved. I see very often wrong things hpnng in spencer plaza or score internation or isapahani after late evening....

What do you mean "Even worse than Western countries" you sick, perverted creature? Do you think that India is the only country with 'culture'? I've heard this boast very often. Why? Do you think the Western countries are all born out of wedlock? We Indians are one of the most corrupt and perverted creatures on Earth with a zillion double-standards.

Shame to the Profession
by mohan kiki on Feb 07, 2008 02:08 PM  Permalink

This is the result of one who get into the profession by \"BUY\"ng the studies and not out of Interest or love for it.

People Change - May be Dr, Prakash parents misunderstood his interest for sketching !!!

Or else by now he would have been a famous \"Director \" though he was forced to become a Doctor he could\'nt hold on to his interest .

I think, that the case that was actually proved according to law seems to be only the tip of an ice berg compared to the entire operation of porno he did. What is more astonishing is that this arthopedic is a genius in his studies. And may be he is very good at his profession as well. But it seems that this greedy fellow was not at all satisified with what he earned and with his good pracice and good name. He looks reasonably handsome and healthy.
He even doped college girls using drugs which were very accessible to a practising doctor.
Another important point was that he made himself tremendously rich through this pornographic website. At that point of time of these allegations and police arrest , I read in the news that he made nearly 6 crore rupees or more than that.
The punishment has been delayed. But the life imprisnment could be the maximum for a white collar crime. It may be we have to change the law and institute hanging by neck as the standard punishment for this type of cyber crime.

I guess your view would have been different if some woman close to you would be in picture. Any punishment awarded is a warning for others. Playing with somebodys modesty should be punishable strictly.
