What the doctor committed was a heinous crime. The medical professional who is expected to treat his patients in confidence has defied the natural law. Look at the mental state of the respectable women and their families who were cheated in this pervert way! The judgement is fair.

The punishment is less if the doctor has taken pictures without the knowledge / permission of those women. The punishment is more if the doctor has taken the pictures with the knowledge & permission of those women.
