Even in USA people violating law also More then 50 plus people killed last year in Gun shootouts by mad students. 3 Indians students also killed but no one arrested yet. Still any one can buy or get a gun easily in USA this is democracy.

He is right. See Bihar, UP, Punjab & Haryana. The life their is how you can break the law. See the bike races, see the BMW cases, the problem is all of them think that they can get away with it. Some one need to screw the thing and first step is to acknowledge that we have problem!
