No it is not because of less income, it is because of Less and Lean out look of the People and Crucked Attitude, have you ever gone to a Yoga Center and Practiced Yoga, even if any body does it free of cost also we have so much work and we will never turn up.
WHERE THERE IS NO ATTITUDE WHAT IS THE FUN IN TEACHING TO SUCH PEOPLE LIKE US.
We people in India are like crabs, ham kuch kaam ke nahin at least he has propagated Indian Vedic Principles Abroad, GROW UP MAN, DO NOT cretisize our own people DAMIT THEY HAVE DONE SOME GOOD WORK TOO.

Brother, as they say, the easiest thing to do in the world is 'criticise'. anyways answering to your question, do some homework and see that there are people like swami ram dev....even if you are poorest of the poor am sure you'd have access to TV, switch it on and learn yoga on Aastha TV it comes for FREE. So the moral of the story...we dont have much reason to crib..the change begins with US. and as somebody rightly said, lets have some humility and appreciation for fellow Indians. When Mahesh Yogi started off there was no TV, no major media..and then India was way behind to think of Yoga...first Indians had to fill their stomach and then think anything else. That was a different time altogether, so lets not blame anyone...especially who's no more. No one is calling anyone a 'GOD' but being human too is a rarity these days.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi dead-at his residence in the town of Vlodrop in The Netherlands
by Cyril-9985702300 on Feb 06, 2008 01:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

As this man is originally from INDIA, it would have been better if his Transcendental Meditation Movement would have been spread in Indian to the indians, which was more necessary that western people. How come this man could not find a HOME IN INDIA, and went all the way to Holland(NETHERLANDS) to die on western soil? Why these so called GURUS attract western people and not INDIAN????

Please do your homework before bad mouthing.TM has lot of centres in all major Indian cities.
Having an indian origin doesn't stops you from going abroad.
So do you oppose all the nurses going into foreign countries to earn money? Or Indian who work in Gulf and Europe?
If they feel the same way then the Hindu Bashers like u will starve to death....

Well, my dear SunilGiri, you said that he has open TM centres in all major cities of India, could you be kind enough to recollect if ANY INDIAN HAS BEEN BENEFITED BY HIS TM? You see his BIO-DATA, all the people who benefited are WESTERN AND RICH & FAMOUS. And so called TM CENTRES IN INDIA AS MENTIONED by you are FUNDED by WESTERN PEOPLE AND NOT INDIANS! Can COMMON INDIAN AFFORD THIS TM??????

My dear Cyril,
If you see the messages in this articles. You can see some of the beneficiaaries.
It is not that no Indian's are benefitted from TM. But the list of Indian celebrities are less.
And it is because of the Less and Lean out look of the People and Crucked Attitude, have you ever gone to a Yoga Center and Practiced Yoga, even if any body does it free of cost also we have so much work and we will never turn up.

IT is b'cos most of us dont see the goodness in man we Indians are most of the time cynical bout the person's deed.We fail to recognise or unethuthsiastic about learning. That's why most of the brain goes out of country, it gives them name, money and satisfaction
