Rediff seems loosing its good reporters. The language they are using seems all novices are there. "Mahesh yogi dead?" is this the language to be used for him... Pls rectify the error... re phrase it as "Maharshi Mahesh yogi passed away" or "Maharshi Mahesh yogi attains nirvana"

Request Rediff to re phrase and report it properly Please.

It is not his fault, dear. It is your sheer ignorance. Living in India, if you do not know about Great SOuls, they loose nothing. On the contrary, you have lost a golden opportunity

Why dont you try to be one yourself then you will know that even your own family members will not follow you and you will realise how difficult and how much actual stuff is required to make others to follow you .Try and you will know how useless you are and you will stop commenting about others

Hello Ramu,
Just because you do not know the greatness of a religion it is not going to affect its greatness.
and as far as your conversion is conserned please be informed your acceptance of a faith just because your girlfriend wanted you to shows how ignorent you are and let me tell you my friend even there you are not going to be a true christian because you are accepting the religion not because of its teachings but because your girlfriend asked you to Shame on you

Dear Ramu, please become Christian whwnever you want. No religion wants people who do not believe in it. By the way, do you know that Christianity and Islam abhor castes. Whereas, in truth there are more castes in them than in Hinduism. Please ponder.

My dear Ramu, it is sad that you are converting becoz of your girl friend. Hindu religion is the only religion in the world that teaches respect for all religions. I understand that many religious leaders are fraud but not all and more over if some doctors are fake , doesnot mean that all doctors are fake or that medical science is wrong. Your being a Hindu means that your Hindu ancestors must have undergone unspeakable miseries and persecutions for the protection of their faith, they must have paid jazia to the Muslim rulers or fought the marauding sultans and resisted anti Hindu propaganda. It is my request that convert if you want to but only after deeply studying both Hinduism and Christianity. Now about Maheshji, if you want to criticise him , do so but after learning Transcedental Meditation. Pls consider it to be the humble request of a brother

Leaving Body...and Dying is same here. Not only Yogi, we all will not die. We all will just leave the body and take another "material" body. Soul, the non-material never dies.

Though it is wrong to speak wrongly about the departed ones - but cant avoid saying that he is an overhyped Pseudo Godmen - obsession with westerners and cut-off with reality - in the later days he lived in a 200 room mansion - He is the percusor of the likes of Sri Sri and Mata Amirnadamayi - the current False Godmen milking money from the gullible public.
