Even before the rescue squad reach the place, the porkistan army has announced it as an "accident" and not a "terrorist strike"...!!!! Either one is true - The Helicopter is home made (Not a chinese toy) and hence it had a "absolute failure" OR the terrorists strike it down.

I think this was an attack by the terrorists of Al Qaeda (or Taliban), operating in that region.
Even before the investigation the army spokesman arrives at conclusion - "technical fault"! Will the public believe it?
I guess the army will have to crush it before it is too late. If these attacks which happen on all high profile targets continue, it will soon demoralize the forces and they will see more desertions. That will mean depletion of fighting units. In that event the authority of the State will vanish in no time.
Musharraf or Kayani do not have too much time on their hand. The more slow their actions are, the more ground they cede to these terror groups.
